It's a figure of speech.  He did not mean it literally, he meant inspiring people to go after their dreams no matter how far out of reach they seem, no matter what others say or think.

He wants them to be like him, because he wants to take  President Trump out so he can be president again and  really destroy us. Then he can be a world leader.
