I like Mcdonalds milkshakes but nothing can beat Ritas Ice Mango flavor! At least for me. I'm wondering what other places yall enjoy!
-
Not a huge ice cream fan ... but once a year at home Ben and Jerrys Chunky Monkey !
-
Like Friendly’s ice cream, but the best place around here is Premmis Made. It’s a local store where they make their own candy, cakes, and ice cream. There are close to 50 flavors you can pick from. There is a huge outdoor eating place with benches, tables, a waterfall. In the summer it’s always crowded.

We have a non-chain place in our town called the Rodeo Whip and oh my gosh they have the best ice cream and flavors EVER in my opinion. The owners go in at 2am and start making ice cream and it is so delicious. If you go through their drive through it is always packed and around the building. Oh man now I want some of it.

We have a local dairy in town called Tofts (advertised as Ohio's oldest dairy) with dozens of flavors of ice cream in their parlor. It is good stuff and they give you huge portions. It is a very popular site in the summer (but still open during the winter). It's not unusual for them to have 25 or 30 people in line! They actually have a queue line built in like an amusement park ride! It is a must see if you are ever in Northern Ohio.
But be SURE to go to the right place, though, as we also have a Tofts funeral home and crematory. Do NOT confuse the word 'crematory' with 'dairy' as they are two very different things. ;)

For ice cream it is definitely be Dairy Queen. They have the best sundaes. There isn't an Italian ice place around here, but when in Myrtle Beach we would go to Izzy's
-
Carvel was King before Dairy Queen, before there were hardcore safety regs, a kid on the Carvel store tour could stick his mouth under the soft ice cream tap and fill his belly.
-
Italian ice is yummy but so are ice creams, sherbert is way too much of a sweetness overload for me. I hate the drippin /mess so I only eat stuff like that from mid fall-mid spring.
-
I like a local creamery in our place, very creamy and yummy especially the fruit flavored ice cream.
-
My absolute most favorite of all ice cream place is in Massachusetts in Davis Square. It is called J.P. Licks and is expensive but makes the best hot fudge sundaes on maple walnut ice cream ever. Topped with whipped cream and a cherry, it is pure heaven. I only get to go there tops once or twice a year but I sure do enjoy it.
-
I prefer Gelato and my favorite place is https://www.seastargelato.com/
Of course it helps that I have a Condo I stay at right around the corner and we love going to the beach any time.
-
Just good vanilla (Vanilla Bean), and old fashoned chocolate
Bought one of each this morning.

I like Creamistry... the ice-cream is made by freezing with liquid nitrogen... all part of the experience.
They started to re-open Farrell's Ice-cream Parlors here... but just as fast they are going back out of business, which is too bad.
-
I love Cold Stone, like selecting my flavors and watching them mix together.
-
Dairy Queen, always a leader for me, blizzards the best.
-
Ice Cream - probably Coldstone
Italian ice - probably Rita's
-
Mines would be at home lol I would just buy an container of my Favorite Ice cream and just eat it whenever I want at home.
-
I like the Cold Stone Creamery best. Their waffle cones and the selection of their custom made ice cream it really good for when I especially want to treat myself. There's a couple of local places too that are quite good that I like to go to now and then.
-
The Cold Stone Creamery.

I love Culvers....though they call it "custard", not ice cream.
I used to work at one of their locations, and I still seek it out for a treat after grocery shoping, about once a month.

A little local place across the Michigan line...out in the country with shade trees and picnic tables...sit and watch the world go by...
-
I love ice cream but never really go to any local ice cream parlors.
-
There is a Cherry Berry in the town close by that is good. Dairy Queen is a great place for me to get a blizzard on my trip home to my folks house.
-
i like mcdonlds shamrock shakes
-
I Personally think that Chick Fila has great milkshakes. During the warmer months they have the peach flavored ones that my hubby loves.
For regular soft serve ice cream I prefer the local mom and pop stands.
-
I rarely shop for Italian ice. However, when it comes to ice cream, I prefer Dairy Queen or Carvel (located in various locations in NY and NJ). Cold Stone Creamery isn't too bad as well.
-
I love mcdonald's soft serve ice cream. I usually treat my at least once a month.

For Ice scream I love Sweet Frog.

There is a place called J.P.Licks in Somerville, MA that has homemade ice cream that is to die for. Sundaes are pretty expensive there, but if you are looking for a dynamite treat, that's a place to go to. I usually order their maple walnut ice cream in a hot fudge sundae but I only get there once or twice a year.
-
unfortunately i can't eat any ice cream unless i buy it at a store...i am allergic to dairy so i have to buy almond milk ice cream...don't eat a lot of it...maybe once every 3 months or so...
-
We have a non-chain ice cream place in our town called Rodeo Whip. The owner comes in at around 2am I was told and makes the ice cream and it is incredible. We have new places opening up but I doubt I ever try them for one thing Rodeo Whip has a drive through and that suits me because of being disabled.
-
I go to Dairy Queen and McDonald's.
-
McDonald's ice cream is my favorite.
-
I love talent gelato. it's pricey but definitely a great treat
-
Mines would be McDonald's Lol since its close by my house and I can just walk in and I'm done.
-
My favorite place is Cold Stone Creamery I get the cake batter ice cream with cookie dough and Heath bar in it and oh my gosh it is my favorite it's a good thing I don't go to that part of town more often or I wouldn't be able to fit through the door at my house
-
Any place, any where, any time.
Had a little bit of chocolate ice cream for breakfast at home as I played Scrabble online
My fave dessert, or "appetizer" for breakfast.

living in GA now i haven't really had any good Italian ice since leaving Jersey
-
Alas all we have here for ice cream is our over priced grocery store, and mostly what is their is the store brand. If you don't get in early the day after deliveries you can't get the really good stuff as it is all bought up. We have a Mickey D;s but we don't go there. Lotta burger and Sonic have some good milk shakes but I would rather have some great ice cream.
-
Chocolate! I was so mad when DQ quit serving the Snickers blizzard!
-
My favorite ice cream place, unfortunately, is one that I believe is just local to us around here in the Cincinnati area, but there are many of them. United Dairy Farmers. They are homemade right in the middle of Cincinnati and are the best there is.
-
Dairy Queen, Baskin Robbins.
-
I love chocolate chip ice cream the best. I usually go to friendlys and have there ice cream
-
What is italian ice?
-
like graeters ice cream taste great but costs more
-
Love the Dairy Queen!
-
I don't have a favorite Ice cream place anymore. What ice cream I eat is store bought. The ice cream place I use to visit when I was a kid is no longer an ice cream store.
-
Old fashion homemade Vanilla. That you turn yourself.
-
My favorite place for ice cream is Ben & Jerry's. I love the fact that we have a Ben & Jerry's in my town. The ice cream is so good. So many flavors to choose from. :) :) :) :)
