Title: First time cashout
Post by: arms1977 on September 29, 2009, 02:24:14 pm: I attempted to request my first payout here on FC today. I followed the instructions. I got a message saying my paypal account was not verified, so I either had to verify my paypal account or choose another method of payment. I have had a verified business account with paypal for over 6 years. My account status shows verified as well. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice on how to correct this problem?

Post by: Administrator on September 29, 2009, 03:12:38 pm: You had the wrong paypal email on your account when you tried to cashout. I see that you've updated it to the right one now... just try to cashout again.

It's the email you use when you log into Paypal. If you can't recall, there's a link under the login section for 'forgot email address or password' that you can click on and follow the steps.

Worst case scenario, you can sign up for another one. If you take that route and it tells you something like 'this email address already has an account', then there ya go! :)
