I hadn't done tasks lately, because the logon changed and I didn't take the time to figure it out (until today).
I couldn't logon through Facebook like I had been, so I tried to logon with them direct. My Fusioncash password would not work, so I tried to enroll with them and it said my email address was already used???
So I went to the logon page and clicked forgot password using my same email as here. They emailed me a link to reset my password (which I did) and then I logged on and everything worked fine. It credited my Fusioncash balance just fine.

It has been like this for 2 weeks Old Buddy! I put in a ticket and they just got back to me saying they are "working on it and are aware of the situation."... hang tight, hopefully it will be corrected soon. :)

If you read my post carefully, you should see that I already corrected the problem.

So let me see if I understand what you are saying: The log in through facebook did not get you there so you went to the Figure Eight page. Am I right so far? :)
On that same page, you clicked 'forgot password' and you are now able to log in successfully. Am I still right? :)

Yes you are right, and I logged on again today and it all worked

That is good info to know. I have not messed with doing tasks in a long time because logging in was such a pain.

But now it appears you have to log in everyday. Before, I could stay logged in for several days in a row. Not that it's a big deal really, my info is saved so all I do is click on log in. But I don't know if it's like that for everyone.

I have not done them in a long time, some days they just do not make sense will try today.

I still cannot log into Figure Eight. It wants me to log in with Facebook and says that the URL is blocked. I made an account with F8 and I cannot log in so kudos to those of you who got it but I still cannot and FusionCash says they are aware of the situation and is trying to correct it which it's been a 3 weeks since I did a task!

Hmmm I don't think I get the option to log in through Facebook. Maybe I do and I just don't notice it haha. I always use my email addy.

I was trying to be helpful not only to you but to everyone else because the issue has not been corrected. Please do not assume that I did not read your post carefully. My apologies, I should have stated: "hang tight EVERYONE, not just OldBuddy". Bravo and thank you for pointing this out. :heart: :heart: :heart:

Once you guys logged into Figure Eight, does your old Crowdflower level remain the same?
For example, if you were level three, will you still be level three, or do you have to start all over?

Yes your level remains the same and I agree with your comment about Kimber. What she said makes sense.
