I sleep anywhere between 6 hours all the way to around 12 lol but it's mostly around 6-9 hours

I normally sleep between six and ten hours it all depends upon what I have planned for the day. Sleep for me is a good thing. :) :) :) :)

I am not a deep sleeper, Maybe 5 to 6 hours is fine with me.

I try to sleep 7 hours or more. But it doesn't seem to work in my favor...lol

I usually sleep 7-8 hours everyday and if don't have work more than that. :)

Right around 8 hours most nights. I very rarely can sleep longer than that. Sometimes I'm in the 6ish hour range. But overall, I feel best with 8.

I am really not sure. I can tell you this I sleep way too much. I do wake up a lot during the night but most days I nap on and off almost all day. Partly due to sleep apnea and partly due to depression and loneliness. I keep saying I am going to improve my daily life but I haven't done it yet.

during the week i get about 6 but on the weekend i try and get at least 8

Not near enough. Mostly about 5 hours, I am a very light sleeper and things wake me up very easily. All it take sometimes is hubby getting up and turning on a light in the other part of the house unless he has the bedroom door closed all the way. Or I hear him getting up. Of course there are some medical reasons also . And I rarely cannot get any rest during the day.

I don't think I get enough sleep hours! I usually never sleep! I just drop when I'm really tired & when I get continue what I was doing before I dropped off.

When I worked I got 5 1/2 hours. Now that I am retired 8 to 81/2 hours and feel so much better.

Minimum 8 hours. If I am tired, I will take a nap in the middle of the day.
I read an article about young people not sleeping enough hours...then
suffering from serious health problems: Obesity, diabetes, depression...
even serious accidents. I think age does not matter because lack of sleep
can affect anyone at any age.

During the week: 3-5 hours; weekends, much more lol

:fish: :moon: :fish: During the week I try to sleep for about 6- to 8 hours. The weekend I can sleep much longer or less depending on how I feel, or the activities that I'm doing for that weekend! :fish: :moon: :fish:

I believe you can improve what you need to improve :) I don't like it when people feel down I just can't allow that haha :)

During the week when I have to go to work, I usually sleep about 5 to 6 hours a night. On the weekends I sleep at least 8 hours a night.

Lately between 6 and 7 unless I work all night then I only get like 3 or 4 hours that night. It’s a tough world working 3rd shift

I usually sleep between 7-8 hours per night. If I go to bed very late that means I get up late and my day is shortened. I hate that.

I really aim for 8 hours. Sometimes it is in the 6-7 hour range if I have an early workout, or on the weekends. But 8 is the sweet spot!

I average 6 hours but wish I could do more like 7/8. When my kids get bigger then I can sleep more
