If so, are they fresh or frozen?
I do not eat veggies everyday, but I do eat fruit daily.

I do like fresh fruits. My favorites are cantaloupes and grapes. I do like fresh vegetables also such a broccoli. I will not eat broccoli cooked I only eat it raw. I dip it cheese.

Yes. I eat fruits & vegetables everyday.
I try to consistently eat a clean diet.... so I always have some sort of fruit & vegetable in the house.
I live in So Cal & am fortunate to have cheap produce available. Like California avocados are running on sale for .36cents this week.... the small ones from mexico are .33cents almost always.

Nope, not every day. I don't have the time to cook and eat as healthy as I would like. I do love my veggies though.

I do enjoy eating fruit more than veggies . I do eat fruit and veggies every day. This time a year I prefer the flash. I love raspberries and blueberries and apricots. I also like fresh zucchini and tomatoes. :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

Fresh fruit everyday and some days vegetables and also a daily multiple vitamin.

I try to at least eat my vegetables everyday. I do not always get the fruit in because it is so expensive these days. :)

We try too, but it is hard what with the lousy fruit and veggies our grocery store sells. But I do keep a lot of frozen on hand. Sometimes it is better then the fresh they have hear. I have already complained to the health department here on what they are selling. there is nothing I hate worse then go in and smell bad fruit or veggies. Last week I stuck my hand in the grapes to feel for freshness and they had mold on them yep I called. the health department. If a store is going to sell crap then they need to be turned in. Maybe they will clean up their act or get shut down. It is not like it was a one time thing people are always find mold on fruits and veggies. And you can buy bread and the next day there might be mold on it. Yep no wonder so many of us drive out of town to buy groceries

I try to. we have canned fresh and frozen fruits and veggies here.
We have been trying to move from canned to frozen. seems to be saving us some money too.
we also buy fresh corn on the cob when its on sale and freeze it.

Either one or the other, and sometimes both. The fresher the better.

I buy frozen or canned veggies, and whatever fruit is in season. Right now the store has cherries (YUM) 8)

I try to eat fruits and veggies every day, but sometimes I fall a little short. I stay busy a lot, so cooking takes a backseat sometimes. Fruits are a lot easier to work in than veggies.

No to both. However, I eat more fruits (the fruit cocktails in the small plastic cups) than I do vegetables.

I do the vegetable drink thing every day. Its so much better to juice the vegetables.

I normally have an apple or orange as a afternoon snack and sometimes I make a smoothie in the morning.

Yes I eat them everyday. I find that I'm eating the same ones over and over though. I eat oranges or tangerines and spinach more than others.

I eat fruit daily. I have a bowl of grapes I leave out on my kitchen counter so before I head out the door to work, I grab a handful. If I get in late and don't want to cook, I take a tv dinner but I substitute the potatoes it comes with, with a side of canned vegetables. It's healthier and I don't need all the starch.

Funny thing is I'm a meat person and I hardly eat vegetables but I do eat a set amount of fruits and I'm still more healthy then my friend who eats a load of Vegies lol.

I eat veggies every day, primarily in sprout form that I grow.

Yes I eat fruits and vegetables every day. My breakfast normally consist of fruit and vegetables. If I don't have both in the morning I will have the other for lunch or dinner. Love my fruits and vegetables. :) :) :) :)

Yes I do. Some are fresh and some are frozen and some are canned. Unless I am on the road, I eat them everyday. :)

I eat fruit and veggies everyday. I eat a lot more veggies than fruit. My health knocked me on my butt a few years ago and I started doing a lot of things different.

Yes. We have a big garden that I cook from about 6 ot 7 months a year and then I also freeze a lot of our produce. I love to go to farmers markets too.

I try to eat some sort of vegie everyday and I would love to eat fruit everyday, but when I buy a lot of fruit at once, it usually does not get eaten before it starts to go bad. With Vegetables, I buy frozen sometimes.

I try to, and probably most days I have some vegetables at least with dinner. The odd Saturday probably slips by where I eat fun but bad food though...

I certainly try to. When I'm exercising I eat fairly healthy. I recently started a new system. I've only been on it for a week and LOVE IT. I'm 42 and I feel like I'm 14 again. I'm supplementing meals with shakes, having healthy snacks and a nutrient plate and fork meal every night. Did my first cleanse yesterday and today after 1 week of this program I am 3 lbs lighter than I was the day I met my husband. I've been steadily loosing weight since January but I feel like this is giving me the jolt I need so I don't backslide into bad habits again.

Yes, fresh bananas every morning with breakfast. Usually some fresh cucumbers throughout the week. Fresh hot peppers too.
