I submitted a picture of my cashout over 2 1/2 months ago. I never got credit so I submitted a ticket last week. It was resolved today and I got credit.

Great!  I am about to submit a ticket.  I have had instances where the amount I have made decreases.

I also just got my picture payment today. It's so weird that those take so long to credit. There really is no way to get credit for all cashouts since they take so long to process. Ah well, I love freeee money!

Yay!  The $1 Picture Bonus showed up in my account today!  I've got two to choose from to submit now in order to receive the next one. :)

I keep forgetting to do this.  Getting the screenshot and editing it,  I say will do it later and it becomes much later

My suggestion is to do it now.  I've already submitted my next payment picture.  Just go to snag.gy and follow instructions to take a screenshot if you need to pull your information from your PayPal or checking/savings online account.  Once I get my screenshot I take a picture of it with my smartphone {iPhone 5s}.  Then I email it to myself, which also allows me to crop it before I send it, selecting "medium."  Once the photo arrives in my email, I download it to my desktop.  The medium size is acceptable to process for the Picture Payment Bonus.  Sizing of your photo is the trickiest part.

sometimes credits can be a while coming, and other times they come quickly

It is great that you got the credit. I wonder why it took so long, but at least it was resolved. It is always important to submit a support ticket when we have legitimate issues. I will hopefully get the opportunity to post a payment photo soon as I cashed out in June of 2018.

I never have any luck with it. I don't know how to block my balance, acct number, etc :'(

That is so great. I like to make that easy money too. Maybe next time you will not have to wait as long to get credit. :)

Boy, that's a lot of work. I''m lazy All I do is pull up my payment and print screen, open Paint and Paste and Save with a name. Then erase private info and submit it to FC.
