I want to submit a screenshot of the account details page off Paypal's website to get the proof of payment bonus. I know we are supposed to obscure personal information, but does this include the transaction id found on the details page? This is the first time I receive a payment so I have not submitted proof before. I do not want to get something wrong. Thanks.

I've seen it done both ways with regard to the Transaction ID. I've left it visible before, however, now when I take my screenshot on my PayPal account page I found that I can cut it off right above the number. You'll see the words, "Transaction ID," but not the number below it. It is very clean that way.

I have never had any luck submitting these

I have taken screenshots of my direct deposit from fusion cash. Each screenshot includes date, amount and fusion cash as source. I have used both the Evernote and one note apps for the screenshots :rose: :rainbow: :peace:

Just try it and send it. Omit everything you think you should omit. They'll tell you if it's not right and you can just try it again.

From my own experience, I will tell you that they won't tell you what's "not right" about it. You will receive "payment denied" in an email and be forced to submit a ticket in hopes that you will get a specific response. I did not. You probably won't and you will have lost out on that particular picture payment bonus money. It is not retroactive.
If you take a look at those that have been posted in the past found in the Subforum "Payment Pictures" you will see what has been approved. There is a variety to view there. You will want to duplicate one of these styles with your payment picture. Here's one of mine which is a screenshot taken from my PayPal account page online and then cropped. I didn't have to deal with any identifying personal info.

I have given up on trying to benefit from the proof of payment. I may try to figure it out again soon.

If in doubt, block it out!

Just as a sidenote, in the spy movies they call that redacted.

Hi, seesawing and bhdz. I did not state in my post that they would tell you precisely what is "not right" about any payment post. I did state in my post that they will tell you it is not right. Then you can examine it yourself and resubmit it. There is a certain length of time that you have to post. I've done it a couple of times when I started posting my payment pictures as I was learning what they wanted specifically.

How long does it usually take to receive credit for posting the payment issue.
