Seems like so many people dwell on the bad things that happen to them in life. I actually was exposed to wonderful customer service. I had a camelbak water bottle that I used every day for several years (I am a creature of habit). My kids came home from school this summer and the bottle disappeared. I waited for a month and decided that it was gone forever. I bought a few "Swell" bottles for the family, at Christmas, with a rewards card I had earned on line and borrowed one of these for a day. I was very impressed with how ell the bottle kept water cold but I wasn't going to spend forty dollars for one. I came across a company simplemodern.com that had a similar product for twenty dollars. I got the bottle on Monday and they called to see how it was working for me on Tuesday. I dropped them an e-mail stating that it had a spot of sweat (not supposed to with stainless steel), they responded within ten minutes and had another bottle out to me yesterday-no charge. Amazing. Plus ten percent of their proceeds go to charity.

I agree, on Facebook I feel like I see more negative posts about experiences/service then positive. That's amazing the company called to check in and fixed your problem right away!

:heart: :star: :heart: I think thats Great news! :thumbsup: Some companies would try to not replace items that are defaulted. The right customer service will replace defaulted items that need to be replaced. Good for you! :) :heart: :star: :heart:

Yes, everyone is prone to negative these days, but there are a few companies out there, most of them small and unheard of, that go the extra mile to make customers feel happy and satisfied with their product. I which bigger companies took the time to do this as well.

That's wonderful! Good customer service is getting hard to come by now days. Seems like once they get your money, they are done with you.

It is so great when you hear about great customer service like that because you are right people tend to focus on the negative customer service I am dismayed to admit even myself. Thanks for the share.

I am done with reviews all together. The last few times I raved and wrote a really good review something later changed. And I wished I had not written it.

In today's world a lot of companies do not care if the customer is satisfied. Hence the snotty attitude when chatting with customer services at those companies. I had to call a company because I needed info and the agent who answered the phone had the worst attitude. But I believe in killing them with kindness.

That’s really great and unusual news. Most companies could care less if you like their product as long as they made the almighty buck. I’m going to go on line and order some of the bottles. Thanks for the heads up
