I think that's what it's called. It's for muscle cramps. I'm curious if it really works. People in the ads say it does but it's an ad for the product so don't know if I should believe them. I get a lot of cramping in my good leg from trying to handle the extra weight from my bad knee and I also get spasms in my bad knee but can't use anything on it because there's nothing there but thin skin. So I'd love to know if Thereaworxs really works. Anyone know?

I've never heard of this. It sounds interesting. I use a lot of watkins red liniment on my knee's, thighs, calves and back. More for muscle aches and stiffness. The bilateral muscles on my knees are week so I'm trying to strengthen them with bike riding. I know what you mean about favoring one leg over he other. I'm a cake decorator and after standing in one position for a long time I need to mentally stop and adjust my stance. I wish I was doing it more often.

geeze how much does that cost?

The leg cramps could be Charlie Horses which means you need to take magnesium every day, about 400 mg.

I never heard of it but had awful cramps in my calf last week after cutting my grass. I had to sit outside until it eased up and I could walk. I had a banana, increased sodium and had some gatorade. The magnesium sounds like a good idea and I may start taking a low dose along with my other vitamins.

I've not heard of it but might be worth a try. I get leg cramps a lot during the night and eating bananas for few days helps most of the time. Good luck.

Never heard of it either but like someone else here started using magnesium. No more leg cramps at night now.
