Title: Since a month I have not received any survey

Good night!
 There are not surveys in my FC survey board.
I have been reporting this issue to the support center, however I have not received any answer yet.
What is wrong? I cleared the cookies, used Mozilla , Chrome and the problem still exist.
What should I do?

You are not alone. The last time I had ANY surveys available was on August 3. I have also submitted a support ticket that has not been responded to.

There is no solution, I have tried updating my profile surveys. I have cleared out cookies, I have tried different browsers. Nothing works.

So I guess I'm not cashing out.

It is good to know that I am not the only one having this problem.  I thought the problem was that I had gotten  a year older.

There are some surveys under the my account have you tried any of those? I still have surveys.

I have a lot of surveys but almost never qualify. You might try updating your profile information on the left side of the page. That once helped me a few years back.

Other members are reporting the same problem, as well as not hearing back from support.

There does not seem to be much more that you can do until you hear back from support and or just wait. I suggest that you do other things on Fusion Cash to earn money and turn to other sites for surveys.

I have tried absolutely everything I can do on my end. As bostonphil said, I'm just waiting until/if support ever gets back to me.

In the meantime, I'm doing videos and tasks. I'm still getting SOME money, just not anywhere near what I should get when I have surveys - the DQ pennies alone usually get me at least 40-50c a day.

surveys fluctuate with the time of year... they should pick up soon with the holidays just around the corner... just do other things til they do

My actual FC survey list hasn't had any entries for me in over a year. I thought that was the new norm.
I've been using the list to the left.... mostly Tap Research.
I assume you still see those?

TAP research is the only panel I am using. It gives $1 everytime I qualify. I got a response from support finally.They say that I was banned in one survey for an unknown reason and since then I can not get FC surveys.

I have been having problems making my 5 cents each day for the last week. I am getting almost no videos as well as almost no surveys to attempt.

Keep checking because fusion cash needs to negotiate with the survey companies so that way we xan make the money

I got the same thing. I think it's just because they need to renew their contact with the advertisement agancie
