Title: My money did not get to PayPal

First time this happened.

I am on several sites and I cashed out for $3.50 to PayPal on a site that I have been on for some time. I have done this several times on this site with no problem. My account says that the cash out was completed and money was sent to PayPal. However, the money is not in my PayPal account.

The site put my money back in my account with an extra 50 cents and told me to cash out again and that it should be in my PayPal account tomorrow.

PayPal does not know what happened to the money.

Last week, I sent money from PayPal to my credit union without any problem so I know that PayPal is ok but the site that I am referring to is also ok.

Has anything like this happened to you?

That's a new one to me. It was classy of the site to add an extra 50 cents.  That, too, is a new one to me. 

I know that Paypal is reputable and it sounds like your site is as well.  So it is very likely that they will make good on your earnings if something like this happens.

I have never heard of this happening. I thought Pay Pal was the safest way to go?

I typically  only use Paypal to receive money, and I have never had any sort of issue. All I can think of is to make sure your Paypal e mail address is correct and active on that site. If it is correct, maybe it is a technical error. Nonetheless, I hope you are able to receive your earnings.

I do not believe the problem was with PayPal. I think the problem was with the site that I am on. Someone made a mistake but it got corrected plus 50 cents more.   :thumbsup:

not really . If a website wants to verify your paypal, they will send you a verification email. In this case that is not the issue. I would get in touch with support on the other program and see what the issue was

I never had this problem. You will have to contact PayPal or yhe survey site that issue the money to you

bostonphil, For a second  I thought you where talking about Fusion Cash and I was getting worried. Thankfully you where talking about another site. I have never had an issue with Paypal or another site not paying me. I am glad  for your sake they corrected the issue.

no issue with paypal either. if it did happen with fc I would do a support ticket
