Here's my experience with cashing out through Paypal.

Fulfillment Status: Completed on 2009-09-18 at 03:50:37.

So I got approved the 18th of the following month.

Ok, so the cashout stays pending until you actually receive payment around the 20th? (I used paypal too)

Mine says "If approved, expect payment on or before: October 20th"  and I requested it on 09/23. 
This is my first one!   I'm happy :)

Hi..I am wondering the same here...I guess its best to wait out..reading all other posts I think it will be approved and you should be getting your money.

You should cashout at the end of this month, not today...if you cashout today, you'll have to wait to get your money in Nov. Always cashout at the end of the month to get payment around the 20th of the following month.
