Title: Inbox dollars
Post by: brian8713 on September 09, 2018, 03:46:34 pm
What are the ins and outs for the site? I joined on Friday and have $8 already, but I know there’s some sort of catch.

Very Very slow to meet goals for cash out

If you are a senior, the only ones you ever qualify for are for only 25 cents and they take a long time to complete. So it takes a really really long time to earn enough to get a check from them, although they are reliable about sending their checks. Billly's Spin and Win on that site is fun to play but it too usually only pays out a few cents. Overall, the site is not worth the time you have to spend on it to make money in my opinion.

I've been doing Inbox for a year or two and I've gotten over a dozen payouts so far.  I must admit that lately the going has been very slow.....most surveys are worth 25 cents and it is hard to even qualify (for me anyway).  But they are a good survey site.

Good Luck  :)

There is no catch.  It is a site like this one.  My balance on here is closer to cashout that zero.  And it is only the 10th.  I done IB a long time ago.  I quit making money so I dropped the site.  If you do not log in regular they will delete your account and you lose the money in it.  Not sure how long of inactivity you have before this happens.
You also have to have $30 to cash out.  That is pretty high.

And some site, not sure if it is this one, charges you a $3 processing fee.  So you go down to $27.  You do get the $3 back to start the next cash out but eventually you lose the $3.  And that may be a different site.  I do know to me it wasn't worth it to keep doing that one.  Other sites make more money.

Yes, it is Inbox that takes a $3 processing fee  ???  and they give you $3 towards your next cashout  ???  So eventually your going to lose the $3.

Unless you do it forever and ever then yes eventually you lose it.  Even if it is when you die. lol.  I would rather get all my money.  They do well with this feature.  They beat me out of $3.  My account was closed for inactivity so I don't know how much I actually lost.  There have been a couple I done til I could cash out and then I quit.

I cleaned up my address book and went thru and logged in to all my accounts and several have been closed I assume because I never logged in to them any more.  But what do they expect when you never make any money. I can open a new account on all of them that was closed.  One the site completely closed down.  That is another reason I don't get why people in here hoard their money until the last couple of days of the 180 day cut off.  First off, you could forget or something could happen and you not get to cash out and your money is gone.  OR the site could just close.  I was a member of another and it closed down a few weeks ago.  But they emailed everyone and told them to cash out and you could cash out everything even if you didn't meet the threshold.

I think either you started in the middle of the thought or part of your message disappeared. lol  What is their sister site?  $30 takes too long to earn.  But eventually you will get cheated out of the $3.  The last $3 they took from me that I did earn - I never got.  No telling how many people quit after the first cash out and they lose the $3.

Yes it is very slow, especially when it comes to getting the amount needed to cash out, It took me almost a month to get my money. Then they charge $3 to process. I told myself I wasn't going to do it again, but I'm back on there, have over $10 now, so I'm just gonna keep on going.

I've made $14 on only a couple days' work on Inbox Dollars. On Fusion Cash ... I can't even get the freakin' surveys to load. Something's up with Fusion Cash, and they're gonna lose a customer if they don't fix their site soon.

Well I am a member of Send Earnings now.  I have cashed out before but do not think I will ever get to $30.  With Send Earnings when you cash out at $30 you have the opp to keep going and earn $10 in the next 7-10 days and they wave the $3 fee.  If I could do that and get all my money I would likely quit doing it.  I am just trying to get to the cash out now.  I am about tired of it.  I get a few pennies a day for searches and that is it.  I never get credit or paid for the surveys even if I actually qualify and finish them.  Not on this site.

A customer? lol.  They do not care if you leave.  You aren't a "customer".  You do not make purchases from them.  And for every person who gets mad and leaves they will have 10 more sign up.  There are tons of people right now trying to "work from home".  But people do not grasp taking surveys is NOT a job.  Although you can make a LITTLE extra cash.

It's a site I trust, but like all others, there is no golden promise.  It takes time and there are many, many surveys I don't qualify for.  But if you just take it easy, you will make a little extra eventually.

I used to belong to InBox but like others said, inactivity depletes your $$. When I was hospitalized for those 3 weeks and unable to get to a computer for another 3 months, they closed my account (I had $40 in it). I tried explaining to them and was even willing to send proof, but nope! I could sign up again, but it took forever to make a couple $$ so I told them where to go and quit.

I AM with Send Earnings. Cashed out ONE TIME in the same amount of time I've been with FC. They are my last go-to for making a couple cents. i never qualify for the surveys so concentrate on videos and searches. I think I have a whole $14 made for this year! Not worth it anymore.

Yeah, they're ok, but it takes much longer to cash out. Recently, they switched me from a gold member to a regular member, I had to start all over again. I sent a ticket explaining to them, that I was gold to no avail.

I still use them. I have cashed out more frequently in the past 6 months since I started using their app. Unfortunately, the payout for the videos on the app aren't what it used to be. However, I will grind it out because I know they do payout. It just takes me about a couple of months to do so.

I have cashed out once with SE.  I may never reach cash out again.  If I do I am going to try to get the extra $10 to not have to pay the $3 process fee then I am going to quit.  It is not worth it.  All I make money on over there is searches. smh

Funny InboxDollars should show up. I actually got my last cashout from there a few days ago. Last meaning I am now closing out my account. It took over a year to hit $30! I've only cashed out from them twice... I've lost track of my cashout number from here and other sites I use. If I can remember the number of times I've cashed out, there's a problem!  :D

I use the site but, now, I can't do the paid emails or videos anymore.  You have to do a certain amount, (they don't tell you how much) in offers before you can do the paid emails and videos.  I am making some money on the games but, it is slow earning.  I'll probably let it go once I hit payout again.

The surveys pay less and take longer to complete. I have used the site for years but usually just do the email clicks and searches. I don't cashout too often but I always do, same thing with sendearnings. They are sister sites though, so I do the same thing there.

I don't really feel there are any catches. I just takes a bit of time to complete surveys and find the ones that you qualify for. Sometimes I am happy taking a 15 minute survey, while earning 75 cents for it, and then earning 15 cents on the paid to click.

I use it, I find it's much slower to reach cashout than Fusioncash, but I guess it depends how you use it. I don't spend time on any of these sites doing surveys (the time investment / DQ risk is too great).

What I do there is visit daily, take the poll in the sidebar, click the TV tab and let ads/videos play until the meter fills all the way up and you can do the scratch-off. I make anywhere between 5c - 25c per day that way without much effort.

I was a member for years.  I got payouts now and then.

After many, many months of surveys that pay 25cents,  and it just going on and on sooooo slowly, I quit it the other day.

I don't miss it.

I am 75. I don't have that kind of time to waste working for that.

Inbox was the first site I joined. I have actually had more cashouts from them in the last year than any other year since I joined. Just like any other site, there are daily things you can do.

As for the $3 processing fee. You can request a cashout at $30. You will get an option for them to "pay your fee" if you make it to $40 within 30 days. I have done this many times and not "lost" that $3 fee. Also, you still get that $3 in your account when you start over.

I like that you do not have to wait until a certain day to request cashout. I always receive  my check very quickly.

There is no catch.  You can cash out at $30, but wait until you get $33 in your account because they say that they charge a processing fee, but they do that to start you off again with $3 in your account. Something the same as FC does.
