I followed all the steps and it told me I have received it but my balance still stands at $0.00

Maybe it takes longer to get the credit in your account. If you do not have it by Monday, I would open a support ticket.

Varithian, in my years here at FC, I have found that Admin cares about its members, and issues DO get resolved.  Being a newbie, I'm sure you are getting negative vibes about not getting your $5 bonus to show up right away.  I feel like you will get this issue straightened out if you let admin know what has happened. Put in a ticket as was suggested above, and be sure to come back to this thread and let us know your results.
