Hi,
As I was doing the surveys on here I had a balance of $49.38, and then it dropped down to $36.60. How in the hell can that happen??? Can someone help me on what I can do to get the cash that I've earned back? Thank you for your assistance!

We are required to cash out within 180 days. If we do not, some money is revoked. If you have not cashed out within 6 months, some of your earnings may have been revoked.
The other possibility is that some of the payments that you received for taking surveys or other offers has been revoked for one reason or another.
Look at your account and see if you see any subtractions in red. I also get an email notification if any of my earnings are revoked.

First, I would say make sure none of your earnings have been revoked by the advertiser. Second, make sure you are not up against the 180 day cash out requirement. If neither of these apply, definitely submit a ticket to the support team.

Yep, probably something that was revoked

It could very well be that you went 180 days without cashing out the money you earned. When that occurs, you are bound to lose some money.

If you're close to 180 days....cash out before any more $$ expires. I like to cash out as soon as I can (between 27 and 30 d0llars). The advertiser can also revoke payment (I had that happen once). 8) 8)

Maybe you had not cashed out in the 180 days time frame and perhaps some of your things got revoked. I don't cash out every month, but try and do at least every other month, my way of keeping me in check and making sure I am not near the 180 days.

I would contact Fusion Cash and see if they have an answer for you. I didn't know you had to cash out every 6 months like other people said. That could be it. I cash out every month or two.

Yeah, good luck with support getting back to you, have had a ticket in for almost two months...no reply... ::)

I also cash out pretty much as soon as I can, because for one thing, the more times you cash out, the more times you can submit a payment bonus ($1.00). And also because I don't want to chance losing any dollars for going over the 180 days, which did happen once for me. It's frustrating but had no one but myself to blame.

Yep, I cash out as soon as I can because of the $1 bonus too. I try to do it every month, but usually I don't quite make it.

I'm usually an every other month cash out person. I just can't seem to make myself spend much time doing tasks, surveys, etc. because I usually have other things I want/need to get done in any given day. :)

I haven't been doing this for very long but I had been letting my balance get high before I cash out. I think Im gonna cash out every month so I don't run into expiring issues
