I was informed that an Advertiser assumed that I was not giving the answers they were looking for and that I was not reading the questions well enough to give cogent answers. In other words some of the money I earned was deducted from my balance.
I think they were looking for someone who was stupid or not able to comprehend the questions they were asking. So that is my start to November. How was yours?

That's typical around here. I've had surveys I've worked on for a half an hour only to get disqualified and left with a penny. I take it as part of the game here. None of us are getting rich so if we get a few penny surveys, it's not going to make much of a difference in the greater scheme of things.

Sorry, for what it's worth I have only ever lost one survey after the fact and I've been on here for a few years. I don't think it is common.

I have had surveys where it was very apparent where the survey was heading and what kind of answers they were expecting. However, those are not reliable, valid surveys for a company or organization to base anything on. I have provided honest answers even in those cases and been allowed to complete either all or a good part of the survey only to be disqualified. Luckily, these type surveys are not frequent where there already are preset, desirable responses. However, I have a sizeable number of surveys that scam me out of money. Shame on them!

I know how you feel. Just because you answer the questions fast don't mean you are not reading them especially the general stuff like age, sex, salary, job etc which can be all be checked off in a second. Hope your month gets better.

I have had very few of those. But today when I got on the computer and into Fusioncash I pleasantly surprised. I go paid $ for a survey that I thought had been taken away from me. It took awhile to get it and was unexpected and I sure and glad for it.

So why are you calling the advertiser stupid? Or saying they were looking for someone who is stupid or unable to comprehend the questions? Obviously you answered questions incorrectly. It has happened to all of us.
Most times they are looking for people who give the answers they want to hear. They also ask questions in different ways but are asking the same thing and you have to give the same answer. But the thing is if you ask a question in a different way you can legit get a completely different answer depending on HOW you ask the question.

I have got kicked out at the end when I said repeatedly I would not purchase from a specific company. Obviously it is THAT company conducting the survey. Instead of kicking me out ask me WHY I would not buy from you. And maybe remedy the problem.

Yeah, there have been some that because I answered the question they way they did not want, I was cut out.....it was usually on my political leanings.
However, lately, the political surveys mostly really want to know where you stand.
I do surveys to augment tiny income. It can get tedious finding surveys that accept also my age (75), no kids at home, don't order food over the internet, finally got a smart phone (so that helps a bit).....and an old car, and not buying a new one.

IU love the surveys that state it will take 10 minutes but in reality, it would take 25 minutes or longer and then at the very end, they "forget" to include a button to close/end the survey after the thank you page and you're left closing it via the tab, so you don't get paid for it at all. This happened on another site and because I didn't take a screen shot (who knew I had to print a blank screen!), they wouldn't do anything about it. It's not the first time that has happened. I guess I'll have to print screen of the last last page for every single survey I do so I don't get ripped off anymore. And, who knew survey companies would ever become sleazy and dishonest.
Do these companies think we do this for fun? Maybe some people do, but others do it because we need the pennies to help pay the bills. >:( >:( >:(

Very true. And I still get kicked out when I answer who I voted for and who I plan to vote for. When you say you are a certain party they don't want to talk to you or don't want to pay you.

I had that happen but never thought of taking a screen shot to sent to complain. Thanks for that advice.

Wow! That never happened to me!
