Has anyone else noticed a really long delay in answering of support tickets? I have two submitted with both being several days ago.

I haven't had to send any support tickets. Possibly something is up?? Good luck getting your issue resolved.

I submitted one about 3-4 days ago and there was a notice that they were very busy with submissions. However, Fusion is often slow on the responses in my opinion. I think they don't have enough staff!!

i haven't had any support tickets in a very long time maybe with the holiday it is just taking longer

The one is just a question about how something works so it is less important. But one is where I didn't receive credit for an offer. Probably never will. :D

Mine from over 3 months ago finally got resolved...cashed in $161....just decided to try cashing out and it went through.
No one even told me it was resolved... ???

Some of mine would take over a month. I don't submit any tickets anymore because it takes so long (and I forget why I would submit) and because they always give a canned response.

It has been a long time since I have sent one in, and the answer was a smart mouthed, so I just let it go now.

The last support ticket I sent in was not answered for a month...

I have not had any tickets for several months, and they were answered relatively quickly.
You could send a ticket asking why such a long wait :)

I haven't had any support tickets in awhile, but when I did they responded within a reasonable amount of time to try to correct the issue.

Yeah, I got a reply this morning and the replay was way smart mouthed so I figure I will just try to make cash out every month and go on.

You are right.I sent a support ticket a few months ago and they never replied,just closed it.
