I was hoping soon that we can do our surveys on our tablets and/or our mobile phones. That would be helpful for some. Could you make this possible soon or in the near future? Thankyou!

That's a great question. I don't think that will happen. Making that possible is quite an expense.

I do surveys on my Wi-Fi tab all night long...as long as its the same ISP I see no problem.... :thumbsup:
Now if you switched to a different ISP or a wireless provider like Verizon you will probably have issues.... :o

I do a lot of my fusion cast stuff on my phone I do have to do the coupons and stuff on my computer but I can do this and the $0.02 email everyday I do on here on my cell phone so yes there are some things you can do on your cell phone

I am able to compete surveys on a tablet or mobile device. The only thing that is not available is access to the paid to click section. I agree that a full mobile experience would be beneficial.

I have being doing some of my surveys on my IPAD at home since I have been unable to access any of them on my laptop for the last 2 1/2 months. However some of them are not compatible with the IPAD such as your surveys so losing money until FC fixes their website.

I've never had a smartphone but did just buy a tablet or 2-in-1 recently, so I'll try it out . I don't think most FC surveys work well with phones or tablets though.

I thought that we could NOT but members are posting about completing surveys on their phones or tablets.
I think the only way that we will know for sure is if the administrator jumps in to the conversation or if someone opens a support ticket.

oh sure do surveys on my tablet all the time well when tap surveys was working. I watch tv and often loose the story line between fusioncash and facebook not missing much.

Pretty much everything works on a mobile, except ptc you can't do - maybe from a tablet, but I don't have one.

I use FC on my phone, tablet and PC. You can do surveys, but be aware you are more likely to get DQ'd on a mobile device than a desktop computer. You can only do PTC from a desktop. I'm not sure if all the videos work on mobile, but I just tried Hypermx and it worked on my phone.

SMH Fusion Cash does not make the decision. People need to learn how surveys work. I have actually been behind setting up a survey before. YOU the one who makes the survey and publishes it sets the standards. You can specify if you want the taker to be able to access it on a tablet, laptop or desktop, phone, or whatever. And usually they can see what you take it on. So if you try to access from a phone and they want actual computers you will be denied entry. They can also specify specs for each question and answer. So when you tick a certain answer it is set up to kick you out.

The admins do not care. Some surveys say mobile friendly. Pretty sure there is also a disclaimer about this and you are told most surveys are not accessible via phones. Too easy for people to cheat and have multiple accounts and take surveys more than once which screws up their end result.

I tried to reload the page as a "desktop site", and that didn't work either.

This is interesting. I know that FC captures your IP address to confirm it is your account. I did FC at another place other than my home and had my account locked out until I resolved it with support.

This I believe to be the reason they stay away from phones, I am going to guess the people who have used without issue have done so using wifi at the same location they use otherwise. I think when you use data would be the problem (not going to test that theory however as getting my account locked and dealing with "support" s not on my list of fun activities lol)

Interesting information here. I have yet to do my fc on cell phone but think I will since I'm only on pc a couple hours a day.

Keep in mind, too, that you can access FC on any device as long as it is using the same IP address. I have done this with two different computers and my phone at home. I'm sure this won't work it I tried it somewhere else.

Yeah, I wish there was a better mobile app for this site. I can access it via the web browser but only some of the things work.

Tap Research won't work on my Windows desktop but will on my tablet... ???..oh well... :peace:
