I had to update my profile for Tap Research yesterday. They say they have you update it every 90 days or so but I've never had to do it before. It said now I am eligible for surveys up to $5.00, but I didn't notice any difference than the ones I usually get. ???

Maybe I will get better paying TR surveys now. There was one on there today for $3.70, I got DQ'd but the DQ was.37. 8)

I just went through the update a few minutes ago. I also noticed that they said you could now get surveys up to $5. I tried to think back to the highest paying survey I've ever seen at TR, and do not remember any surveys much over $1. I know I've seen a handful worth $1+, but never one over $2. I do love the opportunities that Tap Research provides, and I hope it stays around for a long time.

I've had a few that paid $5 but far and few between....have had a couple focus groups that paid $30 afterwards... :highfive:

I updated my profile as well... they might be improving/increasing the surveys thus the reason we needed to update our profiles... we'll have to wait and see

Personally I think Survey profiles are a wast of time and do NOT make any difference as to the surveys you are offered. You still get the same redundant profile questions and DQ just the same.

I feel the same. It feels like some of the surveys actually use my profile and DQ me immediately, but some lask the same question over and over. How old are you? What year were you born? That info is in my profile, I believe. Ah well, its not really a huge deal, but it does make me shake my head.

I also had to update my profile yesterday. Maybe this a new thing they are doing, because like you, I haven't done this before.

I did the same. Still getting credit but not $5.00. The vary from .01c up to almost $1.00

I recently completed that same update and received the same message. Like you however, I have not really noticed a major difference in the types of surveys available. Plus, I'm usually quickly disqualified from high paying surveys anyway.

Yep, had to update mine too, but after that I got a nice one for 42 cents. And quite a few DQ's, which add up too. And now they seem to have those fairly quick 2 centers regularly! I'll take them! :thumbsup: :)
