I decided to reach out to customer support for Tap Research.
I show credited on the Tap Research site for all I completed but never got credited in FC.
This was the reply from Tap Research. This doesn't help at all!
Hi Marci,
We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your reward. We have gone ahead and issued you a one-time reward for your session.
For best results when taking surveys, please remember to consistently provide the same information that was given during the initial profiling questions. This information is used to match you to any future surveys.
If your information has changed, you can update our records, by going to the "Profile" tab.

Well, that sounds like a "macro" - a canned response they send to speed answering support questions. I work in Customer Service and we use them, but are constantly monitored to assure the response actually ANSWERS the question.... I think the issue is between Tap and Fusion Cash.... there is a disconnect somewhere and we are not getting credit. I think I recall on another thread that someone reached out to FC support and they will respond at some point (probably after the holidays). Grrrr

I cashed out dec 20th. ive made 1.91 in 8 days.no thanks to tap research. that was a good money maker.

It might be that TAP and Fusion Cash are working on a new contract. Contracts expire the end of the year or the beginning of the year.
I continue to attempt one or two TAPS every time I am on FC. I give it a little time and then check my account. I continue to get no credit.

I pretty much quit doing TR surveys for now. I'll maybe give them another shot after the first of the year.

Here is what our support agent wrote:

We are currently investigating the reports of TapResearch not showing credited amounts within your FusionCash account. We appreciate your patience in this matter and we will update you when the issue is resolved. All your credits shown as credited are not lost.

Everytime I contact Tap I have gotten a speedy reply and they credited the missing amount, they have far superior support then FC who I will not waste time on ever again

TapResearch is crediting again and I found the past credits in my account this morning...a very pleasant surprise

my tap research quit working over a month ago and still no luck. I am glad I do not depend on it for earning. I make most of my money on tasks.

I got my past credits all at once a few days ago and I am very thankful for it. Thank you to FC and Tap for working on whatever glitch you had
