Was anyone able to complete the offer below, get 100% and get 5c?

I got 80%

I don't think I will ever be able to get that.  I tried it and only got 30%

For some reason when I try those quiz, I am not getting to the point where I can start the quiz...

I don't do the quizzes as they take longer than the slideshows which are long enough and you don't have to keep trying them til you get 100%

I have given up on the quizzes (and the slideshows) I never seem to get any credits.

I've only seen this one a few times in my videos.  I haven't tried it yet, but I know to do so when I've got the time to work it.  Generally I like this type of challenge, but may need to do some research before attempting this one -- if it returns.
