Anyone else have this problem??? I'm so furious!! I tried to sign up for their digital coupons so we could save some money on stuff we buy.
Said I was already signed up. Put in my password. Said it was invalid. Tried another password. Invalid. Five different times. "Having trouble signing in?" Clicked on the link. Told me to put my email in and I would receive a reset link. Never received a reset (3 times) email and know I put my email address in correctly. Said to create a new account. So I did. Same thing. I already have an account.. So...tried to sign up husband's new phone. Same thing...even though he's totally new. Finally, after 3 days, found a phone number and called. (They are very, very unapproachable). Waited 1/2 hour on hold. Get a foreign customer support. He didn't understand my email address. Spelled it out. Finally! Said he was going to send me an email to reset my password. Nothing. Still on the line with him. Told him maybe it would be best to delete my account since I supposedly was signed up. Put me on hold. Only 5 minutes. Comes back and says I'm not signed up. I was so aggravated by this time I blew my top and told him so and hung up. Wasted over 1-1/2 hours of my time as if it wasn't worth anything and still no answer as to why I couldn't sign up. >:( >:( >:( >:(

I did not know Dollar General had digital coupons. I still use paper coupons. Maybe I will check this out. Sorry to hear you are having issues with it.

Sorry that you had just a terrible time trying to set up your account and password. I as well didn't know that Dollar General had digital coupons, not sure if I want to go through the hassle that you did though.

When our new dollar general opened up right down the road from our house
they came and gave the first so many a gift card and told us about these digital coupons
and so on.. i thought it was great
Because apparently you don't have to add anything they add themselves
but i didn't understand how that worked..
I did actually eventually sign up for the digital coupons.. but i mean i
don't think i ever really used them and if i did .. i have no clue i was
As far as the whole signing up thing went for you.. i haven't had that happen for
dollar general but have had that happen before on other occasions
sometimes i'll get told i signed up for something and absolutly know I didn't
crazy times.. but obviously your email was registered otherwise you would have been able to sign up
not sure that rep knew what he was talking about.. then again they get paid for confusing you. In my opinion :p

I would send an email. You may have better luck. You probably cannot sign up again on your phone. They have things set up like that. Once you have an account on some of them things on your phone you cannot use another account on that same phone. I guess it cuts down on fraud. Esp where you can make money off referrals. People know how to beat the system and can refer themselves and open new accounts and some of them you get $10 for each referral so you can make quite a bit of money doing this. THIS is why they have things set up the way they do.
Personally I have never been able to afford Dollar General. They are way expensive in my area. Some things they are almost double Walmart's price.

Are use the Dollar General digital coupons all the time are used my cell phone number instead of email and it’s much easier did you give them a phone number when you signed up you may be able to access your account with your phone number

I use them and have not had a problem, I like Dollar General.

Some of those coupon websites are very difficult to handle.
Google: Product name coupons. For example: Tide laundry detergent coupons.
The manufacturer or other marketing companies will offer you coupons for that product.
Print and take to any store...you will save a bundle of money.
