Title: Thanking members in the Forum

How to thank a member's post if I liked it or found it helpful, etc?

Just click on the "say thanks".  It's under their name beside the post (it's in green). :)

If you go to the members screen name, it should be the fifth or sixth line down.  It looks like this (say thanks) ....

You won't see [say thanks] under your own name     just others

That would be interesting!

What I would like to see is a report that showed me who thanked me or at least for what?  I've been thanked, but I don't know which posts were helpful!

If I recall correctly, you need to have a certain number of posts before the "say thanks" link appears.

All you have to do is click on the "say thanks" link located under the person's name next to their reply or comment.

or put in the reply text and mention member's name

You have to get to 30 posts just like NRAJOE said. Once I got to 30 posts that's when I saw the say thanks in green under the thanked.

you need to have 30 posts to see it but it doesn't take long to get that many posts... you'll have that many in your first month just to qualify for the posting credit... good luck
