Yep I sure am, a real one, and proud of it. Lots of people "claim" to be one or associate with Christians but truly aren't, but I am and proud of it:)

all religions are dogma (man telling man what to do) - only belief is religion (your belief that guides you) - Health, Happiness, Peace, and Positive Perspective - IMHO >> In My Humble Opinion - The MUSEUM, Zazzle

And all laws of a country are dogma 2 then (man telling man what to do) but yet you listen or you face the consequences.
Those consequences are real.

It does tell me a lot. It tells me you're 13 and haven't formed any opinions on the subject besides what is told to you.

Absolutely and Amen, I know the truth.

A Christian is someone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior there for being born again.
And I am happy to say I am a born again Christian. And just for the record, his offer is open to everyone!
-
And just for the record, his offer is open to everyone!
HI JESUS CHRIST HERE WITH OXYCLEAN!
-
I am... But I don't think that this should be the kind of question to be asking people...
-
Nope.
-

Except for predestination (stated clearly in the Bible on two accounts).
And except for the notion of free will logically being permissible when an omniscient being is controlling the universe.

That is the best ever! I must quote you now and forever! :o

I believe there's a God, I just don't know which one is the right one. However, I do agree that this isn't the kind of question one should ask people on a forum such as this, because then you get people douching up the thread with bad Jesus jokes and snarky, sarcastic remarks that're uncalled for when all that is needed is a simple yes or no(which as relates to the yes or no, most, except for a couple, did give).
-
Hey have U christians ever asked yourselves... WOuld jesus use the interweb? ..would he use FushionCash?

Prime example of my previous statement. :P

Well then all we'd need is a graph and no posts, which is kind of unimportant when most people want to read others' quick reasoning. But as far as the sarcastic remarks and such go, I'm one to believe christians are at fault through making a mockery of the Christ figure by making him a fad-- bumper stickers, posters, funny statues, sappy music, tv show/movie cameos, etc. What else could one expect to happen?

What kind of questions should be asked here? Why isn't this one of them?
Your religious beliefs are no more deserving of respect than your political beliefs, what your favorite sports team is, which shirts you think look cool, or which shoes you think are the best. Your religious beliefs SHOULD be questioned and subject to scrutiny, just as every single other thing in your life is.
The mentality that it's bad to criticize religious beliefs, make jokes about religious beliefs, and so on is plain nonsense and it's depressing that our culture has allowed religion to become largely immune to challenge and criticism. This mentality promotes the idea that it's fine to ignore perfectly valid science and research and instead believe in some ridiculous superstitions made up by people who would be impressed with the invention of a wheel barrow. This mentality builds up a wall/shield for religious fanatics to hide behind. It is a horrible mentality that will never promote the progression of society.

YES I DO :) but it's not a religion to me, it's a relationship that I have with God. Like when you talk to yourself, you might be talking to yourself, but maybe your really talking to God because you know he's listening and won't judge you.

Maybe you're really just talking to yourself. And that's fine. When you start answering yourself, make a doctor's appointment though.

Am I A Christian?
As I have been in Christian ministry for quite some time and studied the bible from many angles and areas. I would have to say that most consider me not the todays christian. The problem with christianity is christians themselves. I have rebuked many pastures by misleading his/her church, and questioned many practises of todays christian movements. Some have said I am demonized for questioning anything, yet it is written to question all things. So i will say i do believe in Father God and the Great Son Jesus Christ, but beleiving in the christian movements of most modern chruches and secs,i am not a christian in their eyes.
-
well that's kinda sad being mocked and considered demonized for trying to figure out the bible and Gods wondrous creation. i totally agree with you i question a lot of stuff in the bible not to say i'm not a christian but the bible is just one of thoughs things you will never fully understand so you must keep questioning it. i say keep up the good work. all though you know there is a good and bad way to question things, such as assumptions is not the correct way to question also taking information from a unreliable source and not looking into or researching it is definitely not the right way to question things. i say good job to thoughs people who question just make sure your doing it right come to conclusions your self and you dont need to prove anything to anyone if you really do believe in something
-
sorry I'm not christian... I'm catholic... but actually I'm not fan of many things happens in Vatican... we are only human and catholic people like to make Gods to every pope we had... :bs: I love God, Jesus, but I think I have other point of view different than other people that can hear me talking and they probably will throw holy water to me :angel11: ahahhaa...

Yes I am a Christian. May God bless everyone on here.
-
Would you rather go to heaven and be with God or believe that there is no God and your soul rots in the ground?
-
Yes I am. ;D

-
yes I am and most of the time I try and act like it.
-
I am a Christian. Although I tend to object to the word "religion". Being a Christian is not a religion, it's a relationship with the Lord.
-
Why do you ask?
-
Hell no. I'm proud to be a member of the least trusted minority group in America.
-
WOW!!!!, I was only going to read a few post, but suddenly I had to reply. You can be Christ-like, and enjoy peace and hope without worry. How dare someone profess to be a CHRISTIAN, and then proceed to judge someone else when they don't respond the way you think they should. It is not up to you to decide where anyone other than yourself will be upon your demise. Don't ask the question, if you can't deal with the answers. Gods Love to you. :o
-
everybody is not a christian and its their free will
but a true follower of christ would have all of these:
Base their teachings on the Bible
Worship the only true God and make his name known (do you know God's personal name)
Show genuine love for one another
Accept Jesus as God's means of salvation
Are no part of the world (would someone say you are different or do you do what the world does)
preach God'd Kingdom as man's only hope (do you know what the Kingdom is, if so are you sharing it w/ others)
-
No, and I have no problem with those who are unless the push the religion on others.
-
i am! what about you?
Me too... I'm a believer.
-
yes my family is ! did ya know that christianity is not reconized by the others as being a religion .
-
Yes, I am proud to say I am!
I try each day to be more Christ like.
What a characteristic to follow.
I would love to chat with others who try to do the same.
I also have accepted him into my heart and as my Lord and savior. I have His free gift of salvation!
Have a blessed day!
-
Let me think about it. No. :angry7:
-
Yes I am.........I do not go to Church each week but I know what I believe in and how I should live my life.
-
Yes I am and I am very proud to say so. I could not or would not want to be without Jesus Christ as my Saviour!!
-
my parents raised me christian ..or a version of it, but we were told we have the right to chose our own religion. they weren't going to force us to even have one. coz they didnt like going to church with their parents as a kid so they didnt want to torture us like that.
-
