My favorite page on PTC is the Today in History page. I find it kinda fascinating, especially looking on days that have significant meaning for me. But today something interesting happened. The same person was listed twice on the list as being born today (his name escapes me). The funny part is that while the career and birthplace were the same on both listings, the movies listed that this actor had been in were different in each one. Has this happened to anyone else?

Interesting! No, I do not recall this happening to me.

Maybe that's why it showed up twice. It was just different enough to appear to be two different listings, but that doesn't explain why the movies were different for the same person. There was a glitch somewhere, and now we have a new subject to post about!

Usually I am spending time watching the timer...lol I have not noticed anything like that although I get the lottery numbers every morning. Not that I would win the lottery because I seldom buy tickets

Haven't noticed that, but I agree with you, I love the history page.

I think that was the guy with the split personality! LOL Just kidding. :silly:
No, I have not seen that one but there have been other interesting issues like that on the history page. I don't remember off the top of my head what they were but I do remember some of the pages that made me take a second look. ???

Don't think I've seen that, but today I noticed it showed "Ryan Newman" in the born today section, and listed "him" as an American actress! He is a racecar driver! I was chuckling :) I have also seen where they have listed Richard Simmons in the Died this day section, however, he is still very much alive! Funny stuff!

well they must have used different sources for this discrepancy

I have noticed a few strange things with the "Today in History", like weird charcters appearing, and I wonder what source they use to get SO many "named a Disney Legend" people. Not that its not interesting, but that is kind of an odd fact. ;)

I don't recall this ever happening before. I guess somebody goofed up.

I also enjoy the "Today in History" page. I usually click it on a few times, even though I am only getting credit for one view.

Wow, I never looked at this page, but with all the talk, I will look now, lol.
