We have a chinese restaurant in our town that was a local favorite then the owner retired and sold the restaurant to fellow chinese folks who couldn't cook good chinese for love or money lol then thank goodness they got out and the new 3rd owners have awesome food. I have been twice now and ready to go back. I don't think many people know it is back to being good so I hope they make it. Do you like chinese?

I like Chinese food but we only go to one restaurant and it is a little family owned place. If it was to closed not sure where we would order from. It is always a very affordable place and I don't feel guilty spending the money there.

I love almost any kind of food but Chinese, Sushi, Pho and Thai food are among my favorites. I feel semi-healthy when choosing these foods to eat and by passing Steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers and Pizza. Having egg rolls instead of a bag of chips or french fries seems like a better alternative even though all are deep fried. I love the hot mustard that comes with egg rolls and wasabi that comes with sushi. I generally put too much on and then relish the watering eyes and burning nostrils. Just the sticky rice is a delicious treat. I also love chicken wings with buffalo sauce and mexican food. Of course there is always dessert to contend with. I love ice cream and am an Otter Pop addict during the summer (and bomb pops, creamsicles, and popsicles). It is a wonder that I am not absolutely enormous...good thing I exercise.

Yes I like Chinese food.
-
yep but is expensive after a whle

We have a local Chinese restaurant that we go to about every week. The only thing I eat is black pepper & sea salt shrimp, black pepper chicken and wontons. I can't eat rice ~ it gags me.
-
thats one food i never really got into..its ok and i would eat it...definitely not my 1st choice

Chinese food is okay. If I'm going to eat Asian cuisine I too would rather eat Thai. At least in the town I live in. It does cost a bit more if comparing the 3 Asian restaurants in town but it the most authentic. One is a buffet and they serve some American food too so if you want french fries with your egg rolls it's a win win. The other is sit down large servings of one particular dish - same quality just less to choose from. I miss the old days when we would order Chinese take out.
-
I love Chinese Food, but there is only one that I will go to. I am very funny about where I go to eat Chinese because I hear a lot of crazy rumors about them which makes me very skeptical about where I eat it.
-
My spouse and I get Asian Cuisine about once a month. I like vegetable lo mien and pork fried rice. :glasses-nerdy:
-
I love Chinese food too and we are also lucky in having a little hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout place in our town that serves the best Chinese food ever. Their pepper steak with onion is to die for as are their shrimp egg rolls and wanton soup.
-
We love Chinese food their is real only one real good place to, and it is on the other side of town.
-
I love it! We have one here in my tiny town of 4000, but the food is always luke warm, and Im not positive that they dont just take some of the stuff off their buffet and package it to go :(
I have to travel 40 miles for a really good one
-
We have a small chinese rest. in our little town also and they are the best.
-
I haven't eaten Chinese food from a restaurant for about five years now. I don't trust Chinese restaurants. I do my fried rice homemade when I have a craving.
-
That does sound pretty good right now. I have not ordered chinese food in a while.
-
thats one food i never really got into..its ok and i would eat it...definitely not my 1st choice
Same here...but will go if that is what the whole group wants.
-
I love good Chinese food and or Asian food depending on where we are when traveling. The one we have here is not the best, Since the old man retired. His kids are just not the cooks he was, in fact they now have a Mexicain cooking and he is not the best at all. But we are fixing to head out for a few days s and wll be going to the big city. We will get our fill there.

I love Chinese food. I'm lucky we have 3 really good Chinese restaurants in my city.
-
One of my favorite foods as well as Japanese!
-
I like Chinese food. We have had several of them close near us, which is sad. I love egg rolls and potstickers. I have a decent recipe for lo mein noodles that I like a lot, too.
-
I love Chinese food! I really love general tso's with tofu instead of chicken.
-
Oh yes, I love Chinese. It's one of my very favorites. That and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine We have a few great Chinese places locally and regionally.
I try to make it a point to give a good compliment when the service and food is good; it usually is. One of the places I used to go is take out. They used to be so good and I always complimented them on their great food. Then the cook moved to the front desk and they have another cook. The food just wasn't the same. We haven't been there in quite a long time but we have other places that are consistently good.

I love Chinese food. We have a pretty good one in my town. After reading your post, I think I might go out and get some.lol

I don't like too many items at the Chinese restaurants. Thoughts always go through my mind if the chicken is really chicken. LOL

Yes... I love Chinese Food & it is great to have one that has good food locally. The one closest to me, walking distance, has excellent food AND turns out the owners live down the block from me.

-

We have Chinese about once or twice a month from a local restaurant. There are several Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese places in town. We have one favorite that we pretty much exclusively go to. I also enjoy the buffets, but my wife is not as fond of them.
None local, but when we visit downtown Columbus each spring, we usually have dinner one night at the BD Mongolian Grill a few blocks away from the hotel where we stay.
-
I also love Chinese food and my town also has an excellent takeout place that makes the best dishes ever. Their pepper steak with onion and roast pork with Chinese vegetables are to die for as are their shrimp egg rolls and wanton soup. We can get a full meal of egg roll, soup and main dish with rice for lunch for under $10. You just can't beat the taste and the price is right too.

Chinese is my FAVORITE food. Now I'm craving some Crab Rangoon... :P

Longevity:
Did you know that Asians live longer than Americans and Europeans?
Because their lifestyles are healthier than other cultures. Their diets are
healthier than Americans. Americans are killing themselves with burgers,
steaks and junk food...and sedentary lifestyles. Asians eat less processed
foods and opt for more organic healthy food choices. Americans have a lot
to learn, if they want to live longer.
Chinese food:
A near Chinese restaurant prepares every thing in their menu from scratch.
No MSG...all natural ingredients. I love Chinese food!

I do once in awhile, we have a number of Chinese take out type restaurants; but I prefer the Chinese food when I am home in NYC; visit to China Town; the food seems more authentic.
-
I love good Chinese food and I have a few favorite restaurants that I go to. I love to go to a Chinese buffet because then I can get several different kinds of food.
-
Yes! I just mentioned to my husband yesterday that we need to find a good Chinese restaurant. The problem is most of them are either takeout or buffet. I want to go to an actual real sit-down table-service Chinese restaurant. Or Thai, or Vietnamese, or Indian. MMMMMmmm...
-
Considering I'm Chinese, I just call it food. :)
-
Yes! I like Chinese. My favorite are the noodle, fried rice, egg drop soup and egg roll.
-
Although I like Chinese food, I would like to find a good seafood/fish place. That is my craving for today.
-

I do like Chinese food but we haven't been to a chinese restaurant for a long time. I should see if I* can find any recipes online.
-
I love the Chinese buffet local to me. it is very cheap and satisfies!
-
I do like Chinese food, debidoo! But once I've had it, I'm good for about a month before I want it again. Also, my husband makes Chinese food occasionally (Chow mein, fried rice, etc.), so we only go out to Chinese restaurants once in a blue moon. We thankfully do have a Chinese restaurant that has very good when we're in the mood to go out for Chinese. So glad to hear that the Chinese restaurant you like got sorted out! :peace:
-
I had Chinese food tonight. Chicken-fried rice, egg roll and wanton soup.

I like Sesame and sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice, cream cheese wontons, and fortune cookies.
