Across all the survey sites PNut Labs is great!  I always get at least one survey and hardly ever get that error " We had a problem"  etc

It is probably just that so many people are now trying these surveys that they get full and that is the only message they have to stop from the .01 disqual on a filled survey.  Just guessing...

I'm also getting that message so am waiting til later to see if it changes... glad it isn't just me
