Customer Service is extremely hard to communicate with when there's an account issue. Maybe open a CHAT option if phone calls aren't feasible.

What are you talking about? Customer service with who? As many problems as people have on here they would need 400 people working 24/7 to keep up with it.

anything at all would be better than what's going on now. I've been trying to get my account verified for over a month and its CRICKETS. I have SPRINT. I can't be the only person using this platform that has sprint :-\ :-\

Never had to contact customer service. So far so good. Have heard that survey sites ate not to good with customer service.

I've never had an issue with the people responding back to any of my tickets. Guess I'm lucky in that regard. Could be your putting it in the wrong category ? I do like the open chat idea but they have to hire someone to do that and i don't know if they can do that they do give out a lot more moneyh then most other sites

I have been with FC for several years and it was different back then. Members got responses within a very short period of time from customer service. Not sure what the problem is but it seems like FC is now a one man operation.

I agree.Those reports coming in faster then kids letters to Santa Claus.

Customer service/support is absolutely terrible. If FC had any sense they would pay a lot more attention to it. It took me 1 week just to hear back from them and it was in a very offhanded way, as I was a nonentity. Frankly, I was insulted by the time of the message. I was so frustrated that I "replying" to them on a daily basis trying to get an answer. I still haven't and because FC "responded" the ticket was closed. I was told in no uncertain terms my constant contact delayed their response and not to do in the future. I have all their emails. The issue has not been resolved and my question has yet to be answered.

Just out of curiosity, what sort of issue were/are you having?

I have not had the opportunity yet to get a hold of customer service and if that ever comes up I hope I don't have a hard time getting in touch with them.

I have only needed to use it once but it did take a long time.
