Got a response to my support ticket this morning

Dear Ron,
We have responded to your support ticket entitled "BO Exception"

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are currently investigating users who have BO Exception. Your funds are not lost and will be issued to your bank account on file as soon as possible.

I did change to a check for Sept cashout til I know they get the issue fixed, but at least I got a response and know they are aware and working on it

Why do you keep starting a new thread?

Changing to a check is not going to change the cashout with the issue.  It will still be a direct deposit.  Once you cash out you can't change the method of payment.

So you got an exception because of body odor? Oh no.  How rude!  ;)

I had a BO EXCEPTION too so this morning my funds were direct deposited into my account. PROBLEM SOLVED! I didn't get a response from my support ticket yet but I guess this is my response as well. Thanks for the information!

I'm sorry for the obvious attempt at humor.

Could you please explain, for those of us who do not know, what exactly a BO exception is.

they didn't say what it means and have had several "definitions" given to me but I did get the credit today
countrygirl12, I started a new topic so those having this problem would know I got a response and it has been fixed... I also changed to payment by check for Sept cashout, I know it won't affect Aug cashout

I am lost.  How did this all begin?  I assume that you did not get paid and instead got a notification of some kind about a BO Exception.

I have just returned from vacation so maybe this was explained an earlier time.

Welcome back from your vacation.  Hope you had a pleasant time.

Some people did not get their Direct Deposit because of a BO exception.  I was one of them but I got my DD yesterday.
I'm still not sure what the BO exception was, my ticket wasn't answered. (I hope it wasn't body odor) LOL

It appears that many of the support tickets are not being answered no matter what the topic.  So glad you finally got your payment

I would have changed to PayPal.  Checks can get lost in the mail and take longer to receive.  :(

I think they are over whelmed with support tickets right now.  If everyone was having an issue then I am sure FC was aware of it and already on trying to fix it.
