Title: Balance
Post by: BEENICE on October 05, 2019, 01:48:53 pm
Hi! I had $22 plus some change in my account. And now it is gone! I am a little fit furious because Fusion is very tedious. I don't exactly enjoy how much time it takes to earn every little penny and don't think speeding invisible cars outside my house/home should be able to swish it away. I'd like my/the money restore to my account. Can someone do that? Otherwise at $3 a month for these posts, I'll never get to a cashout. Is it still $30. That is so high for this site.

I'd appreciate it if someone would just put $23 in my account so I can call it even. That is in addition to whatever else I might have in it. Not forgetting what might have remained, which was just added.

You are required to cash out every 180 days or you begin to lose credits.

If it has been over 6 months since you cashed out, your money has probably been forfeited.

It is easy enough to cash out every three or four months if you spend 30 minutes or so every day on Fusion Cash.

Minimum to cash out is $25. But yes, you have 6 months to build up to that and cash out, or you'll start losing it. Now if it hasn't been 180 days since your 1st earnings, then you should probably submit a help ticket to find out what happened. FusionCash is legit and they don't just take your earnings for no reason. Click on "Get Help" above and fill out the form for a ticket. Good luck!

Only thing I could think is the 180 day rule

Your earnings probably expired if they "disappeared". You have to cashout once every 6 months or your earnings expire and I'm pretty sure there's no way to get those earnings back.

The minimum to cashout is $25 and $15 have to be from offers. The $3 forum posts count as bonuses, so you'll need to earn $15 from offers to qualify for cashout.

It sounds like you may have come up against the 180 day cash out rule. You must request a cash out within 180 days or your credits will begin to expire. You officially need $25.00 to cash out; although FC recommends earning a little more just in case an individual credit is revoked and drops you to below the cash out minimum.

lol I love it when people post smart mouth comments in these forums demanding something be fixed.  WE cannot do that.  WE are members just like you.  Open a support ticket.  Most likely the money has expired because you have it hoarded up like a savings account.  Credits expire after 180 days.  Nothing "invisible" stole your money.  Either it is what I just said or surveys were revoked in which case if you accept emails from FC would have have received notification.  You should be able to look at the credits received and scroll down and see what happened.  Anything removed will either say beside it that it was paid out, revoked, or expired.

Once a week Fusioncash sends a report detailing your earnings and at the bottom is a notice:

Please note that credits expire 180 days after they post to your account.
You must request a cashout before 180 days to avoid losing rewards due to expiration.
This email is not intended to be payment advise; it is a real-time summary of your earnings which may be subject to audit or advertiser rejection in the future.
For more information, please see the Terms of Service.

What is this weekly report you speak of? Is it an email? I've never seen this before.

I've never gotten an email like this. I think you only get this e-mail if you opt in for it. If you don't sign up for it, you won't get it.

I believe you need to opt in for the e-mail but I didn't because I just check my credits in my account

Yes it comes in an email once a week.

If you use Gmail, you can set a filter on the words FusionCash Weekly Report to add a label to make it easy to notice.

Well I've never received a weekly report, so I don't think a filter will help. It must be something you signed up for.

Hi! I had $22 plus some change in my account. And now it is gone! I am a little fit furious....

Hello BEENICE,
As others have explained you may have hit the 180 day expiration time line.  You can actually check this by going to your MY ACCOUNT tab, click on CREDITS POSTED, then scroll down all of your credits.  You should be able to see your credits as APPROVED.  If in fact your credits expired, you will see EXPIRED in red ink by those credits that have expired.

Every week you should be receiving an email from Fusion Cash with the subject line:  FusionCash Weekly Report for Sep 14th to Sep 20th (dates change).  I believe you may need to opt in to receive this email....it is interesting to see your credits earned and it reminds you that your credits expire 180 days after they post to your account.....and to request a cashout before 180 days to avoid losing rewards due to expiration.

Even once you have earned $30 from the forum posting bonus, (which would take 10 separate months to do) you would still not be elgible to cash out because that is BONUS money and you need at least $15 in offers, with at least a total of $25 to cash out.  Also as many have mentioned, credits expire after 180 days or 6 months.  This was never an issue for me before but it is starting to be a pain as 'offer' money is harder to get these days.
