Anyone already saved up money for the holiday this years spend ? :)
-
No need since I'm not planning on spending very much
-
Iam real proud of myself. I had all my Christmas shopping done before Easter! ;D Now I have a little extra money to do a little more :present:
-
Yes, I started saving for Christmas a couple of months ago. As a matter of fact, my FusionCash money also goes into my Christmas fund! I really applaud the folks who get their Christmas shopping done early. I usually wait until the last couple of weeks before Christmas since I'm a major league procrastinator, LOL! :peace:

I use my online earnings for Christmas, and yes Im ready to shop from Amazon!

No I haven’t done any Christmas shopping yet I am way behind I usually start in January and have it done by this time of the year but I haven’t done anything and really been in the mood for Christmas since my daddy died on Christmas Day 2017
-
I am starting to save and keep an eye out for deals and gift ideas.
-
I have done Christmas shopping for a few presents. I really haven't saved any money, but am working on shopkicks to get a $50 gift card and also a couple of other sites that go to my paypal account.
-
No I surely have not
-
I don't have to save money up for Christmas anymore as I only buy for 3 other adults and my granddaughter. I spend according to my income so no one receives a gift worth more than $50. On a fixed retirement income, if you are smart, you don't go crazy!
-
I usually end up not saving up for Christmas but I buy what I want anyways and then pay it off gradually at the beginning of the following year.
-
Starting to Christmas shop gotten somethings. Hate Macy's and love it to. I had. Picked out some things on sale then went back to look at the cart .The items were twice as expensive grrr
-
I have already bought quite a few things. Will be getting a couple more things though. I always try to start early. Like someone else said, you can get more. I can't buy stuff in the Spring for CHRISTmas though because I will give it to them before then. lol

Did you leave in your cart for a while. Some stuff is only on sale for a short time. Usually doesn't double in price. And some things if you leave in your cart for a while and don't check out they will offer you a deal on the items.

I have a Christmas Club account at my Credit Union where they take $10 a week from my paycheck & save it up all year & give it to me in a lump sum in November to spend on Christmas (or whatever). Makes life a little easier for sure.
I saved on some Christmas candy today.... I bought some Halloween Candy 50% off at Ralphs this morning -- the candy is not Halloween themed, so it's perfect for Christmas as well. Score! Love holiday savings :)

I'm so ready to shop from Amazon too.... Black Friday on Amazon is calling my name this year. I need a whole list of stuff :)

Our Walmart only had big bags of bubble gum left in the Halloween candy. Did not look at the Christmas candy yet.

Don't have to, I don't spend money during any of the holidays. Too commercial and no fun anymore.
-
Yes, I have saved enough money because it is also my emergency fund.
Some banks offer special Christmas Club saving accounts where
you can add funds any time of the year. Look for high interest paying
accounts. You can also use a big jar to save all coins and small change
from shopping. It really adds up at that ti\me of the year.

I start watching sales in September. Last summer though I found a clearance at a Walmart in Charlotte and did a lot of shopping for sweatshirts, bathing suits (they got these) t-shirts. They were doing an inventory and had really marked down some thigs they did not want to count. $2 and 3 dollars for each of the sweatshirts..it was great. Anywhere I go I always check out clearance items, or if there is anything I am looking for I do that too.
-
No I haven't.... I wish I had the extra money to put away. Every year I say I am going to do it, but I don't.... I wish I had enough money to pay off everything and just save, save, save.
-
Most of my savings have went to medical bills, not much left for Christmas
-
I always save money but not just for the holidays. I don't celebrate so I don't have to spend money on holiday stuff.
-
No I haven't saved anything. I'm still trying to come up with my real estate taxes that are due in November. I don't start paying for stuff I buy for Christmas until the beginning of the New Year, when I pay it off gradually.
-
No, not really doing a lot of shopping this year and anything I do shop for it will need to be on sale or it stays in the store.
-
Yes, we have money put back for Hoildays in general I put back 20 bucks each month for Nov. and Dec shopping.
-
I try, but money just goes so fast, and I'm not one of those people who spends a lot...I try to save up as much as possible....
-
I have been trying to buy stuff when I see them, but not even closed, I have save a bit but not as much as I know I will be spending on my grandbabies
-
Yes, I have saved for Christmas and have started shopping. I hope to be completed by the end of the month.
-
Nope! I just spend as I get and kinda do it all year when something spots my eye!
-
I wish. I think next year we need to start shopping earlier in the year so it isn't so overwhelming when the holidays do come around.
-
I save all year long for Christmas, vacations and incidentals.
