What is your favorite body part for weight training?

Kind of difficult to isolate it to one body part because the exercises generally employ the use of several muscles as you go through the exercise motion. I love doing curls which covers my forearms and biceps (plus my work out on Bicep and back day is generally shorter). Bench pressing is a favorite but covers triceps and chest (usually a longer workout on triceps, chest and shoulders day). I do not get to work out nearly as much as I would like because of working three jobs and the time constraints my schedule imposes. When I am busier than normal I do cardiovascular work outs so that I can maintain a lower body weight. It is kind of nice to sneak in a thirty minute bike or run before the day starts. If I do not get it done first thing in the morning it is difficult to find time later in the day.

My brain, I keep active online and am currently involved in a study to see how staying active improved brain health in people over 75. (Of course they pay me too)

I exercise to involve all muscles.  If you are exercising for just area, it doesn't work that way.

I like working out all areas of the body. I think it's important to work on the entire body, not just one area. I like running and dancing because it feels like it works out my whole body.

I like to use the weight of my body, or body resistance, whenever possible.  I think two of the best exercises overall is a plank and a bridge.  For me, the best machine is a rower because it works so many muscles at the same time as well as providing some cardio.  When using a machine that mostly isolates, it would be the triceps (I hate to have my underarm waving goodbye) and one that works on the many back muscles, like the lats, etc.

I try and exercise all my muscles for maximum effect; but I like to do brain exercises to challenge myself and keep it as active as possible.

I belong to Planet Fitness gym. I don't go as much as I should bc I am such a busy mom, but I try and do all the machines I can.... I don't know much about weight training; I just try and keep in shape.

I do exercises that covers my whole body and not just focus on one part of body.  Seems like that would be out of sync.
