I believe PTC isn't available on mobile devices. I tried it once and got an error. I do all of my PTCs and offers on my laptop.

I complete the PTC on a laptop every day. I have never had any issues with using the laptop. It is true that the PTC offer is not compatible with a mobile device.

Yes, the ptc never worked on my mobile devices. So thanks for the laptop info.

A laptop is a computer so you can do FC on the laptop. However, do not attempt to do it on wi fi or you might get banned from FC. You need to be using your ISP.

FC is not mobile friendly although some members claim to do it on a tablet or smart phone.

Bostonphil, I use wi fi in my house on my laptop and have for all the years I've been a FC member and haven't had an issue.  I do not try to do ANYthing on FC other than at home though. I'm not very computer savvy, but I am guessing that my IP address from my home wi fi is unique (?) but a public wi fi (like in a hotel or at work) would not be.  I've done the daily email from my phone when traveling, but that is  it.

I have Spectrum and with my Spectrum I have wi fi but if I cancelled Spectrum, I would not have wi fi in my apartment.

Do you have wi fi in your home without cable or satellite? If so, how? If you are doing FC on your laptop, you may be using wi fi but isn't it connected to your cable or Satellite?

And yes, the problem is with public wi fi like when you are out and about.

Probably pretty much every one since hardly anything works using a mobile device.

No you won't.  I use wifi every day to do the site.  And SOME things are accessible via a mobile device.  They even have some surveys that can be done on a mobile device.

It doesn't make a difference.  If you are logging into YOUR account.  Besides that it has already been proven you can have multiple accounts and nothing is done.  There is one member who has about 10 and they are still here.  They will ID themselves shortly. lol

I think the person means public Wifi. Home Wifi is fine, it's just like a home connection. If you sign in through public Wifi, that's when there's a chance you'll be banned.

That could make sense. But I am pretty sure you have a unique IP for your device.  I have more than one device that I check a website I maintain and it shows me the IP of who hit the site.  I get a difference IP depending on how I look at the site.  I know our library has computers people can use.  And if 10 people logged in from the same computer it could look like the same person had multiple accounts. But there is at least one in here with apx 15-20 accounts so I assume it doesn't really matter.

My laptop is the only thing I use to do fusion cash, because the only thing I can do on my cell phone is the daily e-mail.

I only use my laptop for FC, since my desktop pooped out on me years ago.  FC is not really mobile friendly like a lot of sites are.

OK, so I use my laptop for the PTC, and right now it's working fine, and has been for the 3 years I've had the laptop. However, for a few months lately, the last page of the PTC, the one that credits my account, just would not load, for whatever reason! So I had to use my sister's desktop (in the same house) to complete it. As far as using public wifi, I've done it many times, while on vacation or traveling for something else, it's never been a problem for me. It's not like I do it for months at a time, unless I moved to a new location, in which case I immediately update my address on FC.

About 99 per cent of my online 'work' is done on a laptop.  The other 1 per cent is done in our home office when I'm there taking care of my other work.  Sometimes I'll do a little bit of Fusion Cash on the office desk top.

Right now I don't work my online sites from my mobile phone.  From what I understand, Fusion Cash does not work from a phone.

I have family that travels, job related, all the time.  Her address is her home address.  It is not a problem.  You are not going to get banned for your IP address showing you are in a diff state than where your home address is.

You understand wrong.  There is a section for mobile devices.  And some things DO work on a phone.  Most of the surveys do not.

I'm not so sure about that. I've attempted a survey before that kicked me out because my zip code did not match my IP address, even though I was at home. I had forgotten to switch back to my home wifi from my work wifi, which is located in a different state. I don't know if they'd ban you for it, unless it happens frequently, but it definitely wouldn't let me take the survey.

True. The Mobile/Tablet section is pretty good if you like to play games. I've downloaded some fun games and got paid to play them. But even if you don't play games, there are lots of other apps to try. Sometimes surveys work on phones, but for the most part, they want you to use a laptop/desktop.

I don't switch back and forth on my wifi.  It picks up where ever I am.  Connects to that one.  I have done surveys when I was visiting family in another state and it was not a problem. So idk.

There use to be a section called Mobile. Don't know if it is still there.  I never downloaded any of the games. I thought about it. Wasn't sure how well it would work.

It's still there, under Earn Cash. There's not much there if you're on a laptop, but there are a ton of apps if you go there from a phone. I haven't tried it in while, because I'm running out of space on my phone.

I have tried a few times to use my phone and never had any luck. I will be trying the "mobile" link to see if there is anything worth my time though. If I am somewhere and realize that I am on my phone out of boredom,...I might as well make a little extra cash! Thanks for the heads up to everyone who recommended it!
