Title: cashing out/BEWARE
Post by: mcosty on December 06, 2019, 10:13:36 am
I have been trying since Nov.23 to do my first cash out.  The message I get when trying to get them to verify my phone number is "TEL03".  I have tried to cash out numerous times and sent e-mails to support 3 times.  They have never bothered to contact me at all...…

So for newbies, if you are going to try to cash out for the first time and they try to get you to do more than 25 bucks worth of surveys....DON'T DO IT!  Make sure you are not like me, someone they obviously have no intention of paying.....

This poster is out of line with this kind of "advice."  It's a situation of flying off the handle in frustration and deciding that FusionCash lays some kind of trap to prevent you from receiving the money you have earned, which is not true at all.  It's sad really.  I don't know what problems phone number verification triggers so I wouldn't know how to help.  Hopefully, the support ticket gets a response, sooner rather than the most likely later.

You may be right NRAJOE. You seem to be one of the more sensible and rational voices on the forum.  :glasses-nerdy:

I have an issue with the meanness that newbies tend to show when they post. Can they ever try to figure things out to know what they've done wrong rather than blaming everyone else?  :confused1:

When I first signed up (years ago) I had a really hard time with the phone verification too, I dont recall what exactly but it took me a few weeks

Also to the original poster, you did see this part right?

There are two balance requirements for cashing out:
Your balance must be at least $25
And, at least $15 of your balance must come from non-bonus credits

I never had problems getting paid as long as it lines up the rules Fusion Cash has provides. I don't think there is any difference for anybody no matter what their status is.

I have been on FusionCash for years and have never EVER had any issues with cashing out..... Instead of posting such things, why not try and reach out - FC has always been very helpful.... Seems very sad people go right to the negative.

You are the problem. There is nothing to beware of.  They don't try to get you to do anything.  Yes, there is a disclaimer that pops up.  Everyone sees it.  It suggests you earn $30 before you cash out because sometimes something can be revoked.  And the revoked offer can take you back below the $25 and your cashout will not happen.

I am curious.... Do you have a verified paypal account?  Or a verified address?  If not then you will not be able to cash out.  And everyone has to verify a phone number.  It is not that hard.  Not sure why so many of you "newbies" find it so difficult. Unless you are trying to pull something or using false information.

Most of the "newbies" that post this type of little rant is the same person with multiple accounts.  Look closely at the posting style.  It is not hard to figure out.  And then in a few days they disappear.

Exactly. This person has only been a member since mid-Oct, and ONLY ONLINE for 17 minutes, so how could this person make $25-$30 in 17 minutes and try to cash out??? That 17 minutes is probably how long it took to post their comment.   Very suspicious.

FC states that you must have completed  $25 in surveys, the rest is cheddar.  Read the rules of how things are done, before advising others not to cashout for their $25.  Sounds like you are frustrated.  Give your self a chance.

Where are you going to get the phone number?  The only phone number listed for Fusion Cash is a FAX.  And if he doesn't answer support tickets what makes you think he will talk to you on the phone.  Do some research...Fusion Cash has ONE employee.  The site is run by one person.

I always try to have at least $30 in credits before I cash out too, just in case! But that being said I have never had any issues cashing out. If the OP is genuine and actually having issues with cashing out I would be willing to bet there is something in the rules not being followed.

I haven't had a problem cashing out with FC. The user's problem most likely is due with not reading what the minimum is need for cash out.

I have belonged to this site for years and never had anything but good fortune with it.  Members are ALWAYS advised to get more than 25$ in offers or surveys in case the issuer of a survey removes some credit (not the fault of FC) Write supprt about the issue with the telephone if you haven't.  This is a good site and of great benefit to many members who probably don't appreciate negativity.

All sites have guidelines and you just have to familiarize yourself with them and follow them. It is frustrating when you want to cash out and you feel like you've earned it.  Hang in there and as someone else said reach out to support.

oh lol.  Well I  have never heard that before. :D
Either way it does NOT say you have to complete $25 worth of surveys.  You need a balance of $25 with $15 coming from offers and bonuses do not count toward that $15.  It amazes me how many people have been on this site for years and do not understand how it works.

You shouldn't vent out like that & send negative messages without getting further information. You have to follow conditions exactly. You can't cashout by just doing surveys. You will never be required to do over $25 worth of transactions in order to cash out! If that's the cause that should be a signal that something is wrong!

I have been on FC for several years and have never had a problem cashing out. Maybe there is something wrong in the way you are doing it. Can you try some other means of verification and are you sure you have met the basic requirements of a cashout?

FC maybe a few things, but they have always paid me.  I have not had a problem in getting paid.  Usually it's the user who is not reading the questions or filling out the form to get started.  Take your time and do it right.

When I did my first cash out, I had to FAX information to verify my account.  I sent it and that was all I had to do.  Just make sure that you have the $15 non bonus because you can't cash out without it.

Lordy, there is so much incorrect info about FC on this thread.  !st of all you don't have to have any bonus $ to cash out, as long as you have at least $25 bucks and and at least $15 of that is in offers, (BUT all $25 of it can be in offers.)   2nd of all, you do not need $25 in surveys.    All of your offer cash can be from PTC, daily email, videos, tasks, Tap Research DQ'd, etc., even if you never qualified for a survey.   The only bonus $ I can think of is, Referral, forum posting, 1-time $5 sign up bonus and FC survey DQ'd cents, as well as the $1 cash out proof bonus.  And you do NOT have to have any of those bonus credits to cash out, as long as you've got $25 bucks.    :turkey: ::)

Most of the reason I call BS on this is the poster only spent 17 minutes on the FC site.   How do you earn $25 or better in that short amount of time, hahaha, you don't.   Also only one post.  If I was having trouble with phone verification in order to cash out, I would be posting more than once.      :bs: :bs: :bs:
