Have anyone downloaded the app Pluto tv? It's free and very interesting, Lots of different channels. Older shows, reruns, reality shows, non stop maury, talk shows etc.
-
I'll have to check it out. I love the old shows much more than the shows that are on TV now days.
-
My niece was talking about how much she like it yesterday, all the old shows she gets to watch.
-
I think I recall using this when I was into old shows but have no memory if I actually did use it or not. :-X

I remember having it and watching some old shows like 'Third Rock from the Sun"......but for some reason I must not have liked it because I do not have it anymore. I noticed last time I went to the doctors that they had it on in the waiting room. There was a lot of station identification for Pluto TV...so maybe that's why I got rid of it.

I think I will have to try it out -- I see it on my smart TV/FireStick. I'm always looking for new free venues to try.
Thanks for the heads up :)

I've had Pluto for over a year now, it's a very good channel. Lots of channels to watch, even Christmas shows.

I have had Pluto Tv for over a year. I found my old game shows on it.

Pluto has MST3K and Rifftrax channels!

Thanks for bringing Pluto TV to my attention! I quickly checked it out and found a ton of stuff I'd like to watch. I bookmarked it so I can go back and look when I have a little more time. i like that it puts all that cool TV viewing together in one place! : :peace:

I may have to check that out, thanks.

I am not familiar with it but I am interested in checking it out. When you say "download the app", does this mean on your smart TV, etc? Or can you just download it to a Ipad or other tablet and still watch without using a TV?

You can pretty much watch it anywhere: Smart TV, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows app, Mac app. You can also watch right on the website.

I downloaded it at some point. I do not have an account. I flipped through the channel line up last night. Was looking because it advertised Christmas movies. I like the Christmas movies but wish I could find more that are not sad sappy make you cry movies.

We have it. My husband downloaded it a few months back. It is a great app and I couldn't believe it was free.
-
I have not heard of it, but I'll have to check it out. Thanks for sharing!

:) I really am willing to give it a shot. Any incremental borderline unknown avenue of entertainment I normally give a shot to. I'll have to look to see if there's a offer on it coming up. :rainbow:

Is it all free? Because it looked like part of it maybe wasn't.

I really like Pluto. Our Roku has quite a few options but I often go to the Pluto station. One of the stations that I really like on it is about pets. I think it's called cats 101. After just a few minutes of those videos, I am laughing so hard I have to leave the room just to catch my breath. :silly:

I have it. It is good. if you hit the subscribe button ,you get more channels and it does not cost anything to join.

I'll have to check it out. Hubby just said last night that there is nothing on our 140 channels except murder, etc. He wants old shows. So I'll check it out.

Its one of my favorites, or used to be. Seems that it locks up on me a lot. I blame that on my internet provider. I used to like crackle but what happened to them? I don't even know if they are still around

I have not tried Pluto TV but will try it soon. Thanks for the heads-up

I have it but don't use it at all.

Sounds like a fun app to check out.

I have Pluto TV on my Roku and loving it. It has some of the best free live stream channels I have seen.

That seems to be one of the problems with those gazzillion channel deals. Most of it is a bunch of junk. After taking a basic tour on our ROKU, we have found quite a bit of programming that we like. There are free subscriptions to some of the apps that I still have to do. That should open even more options.

I saw that. Do you have to make an account? Are you sure you are not charged anything?

Yes they are still around. I have looked at it. I don't know if I have watched it. Seems most of the stuff is just trash and not worth watching. I like the old shows. Back when TV was good clean fun.
