Title: The Economy MUST be doing good.
Post by: sfreeman8 on January 02, 2020, 12:19:12 pm
Did you see the latest campaign dollars for the last quarter? On the Dem side, Bernie reigned #1 with $34.5 MILLION! Buttigieg’s campaign said his donations totaled i$24.7 million, and Yang announced a total of $16.5 million. Warren hasn't released her 4th quarter yet, but she was aiming for $20 million.  Trump's donations outdid them all at $46 million.

I think all these campaign dollars show that the economy is doing fine, but just think how much more those dollars could do if put to better use like housing for the homeless and food and clothing for the poverty-stricken. What a laugh that Bloomberg thinks he can buy the election. I've seen quite a few Steyer commercials lately and he trashes corporations as did Bloomberg when he spent $25 million (or more). They trash Trump because he was a millionaire/billionaire  and you can tell Bloomberg and Steyer really think people are stupid and can't see through their ads.

I guess the word got out that if you're a millionaire dude, then you're a shoo-in for becoming President. I don't think it works that way.

BTW I looked up the word shoo-in before I posted. It's not spelled shoe-in like I had begun to use.

I had to post for you sfreeman8 so you would have at least one post. I like your style. :star:

The economy is really doing good, jobs up, spending up, unemployment down. Looks good to me.
