I've tried this "video" survey twice in the past couple days and it brings up an ad for a company and how it would help companies. It's not a survey in itself. Did anyone get to do the survey?

I tried it too, I got the same thing you did. Apparently it's a play/ploy to get us to sign up for that survey site. I decided that was a big "NO" for me!

I tried and was unsuccessful. You have to sign-up to take surveys.

I tried it once when it first showed up, but it just leads you to a page where you have to sign up for surveys. They'll ask for your personal information such as name, number, and address which is a big no-no for me.

Never works for me either. It goes to Survey.com and has a shopping cart on the loading page, with company brands they work with. I don't even see a place to register, just a "client login", not that I would join anyway. Wish FC would just remove this but no biggie. ???

I agree with everyone. This is not an opportunity to take a survey, it is an advertisement for a survey company to get clients. The "sign up" appears to be a sign up to hire this company for your business, not to take a survey. I am not sure how this is an offer, but its there and we can't really do anything about it. No big deal once you realize what it is, but annoying nonetheless.

I get the same thing and agree with everyone... I just removed it from my list so I don't have to see it

Just click on it. It went to the survey for me. When I finished it went to a white page with two words in the upper left corner something=true and then just sat there. I x out. And it did not credit at the time but I just checked and it did credit. It was 6 cents instead of 8.

Yes it is. I took the survey. Was not asked to sign up for anything.

Perhaps you just tried it after it hit the quota for that day, if they have a quota -- some do... keep trying, if it immediately goes to some place other than a survey, just X out of it.

I had this survey on my video page about 2 weeks ago.It worked for me.I completed the survey and was credited my 6 cents without being asked to sign up for anything else.

I have not attempted this one because I have not understood it but after reading some of these posts, I may try it tomorrow and then update.
I have earned my 5 cents for today and want to save the Current Events survey for tomorrow.

Thanks for sharing that. I never thought about the quota, maybe that is the issue! I'll keep trying and let you know if I ever have success!

I was not prompted or ask to sign up for anything. And I did get credit for the offer. YOU DO KNOW when you do a survey they have your info - right? They know who you are. They have your name and address and probably phone number. If you do not believe me contact support. They will tell you the same thing. This also explains why every State Farm Ins company in a 300 mile radius has started harassing me trying to get me to take their insurance. grrr

All I can assume after reading the posts on this offer, is that it is targeting particular areas of the country, especially since it seems to be a short political survey. I'll keep giving it a shot now and then, while it's still available. Only takes a second or two to check.

No, I did not know that and honestly, I don't believe it. I believe they have information like my IP address, but I am doubtful they have personal information, like my full name, address, number, etc. If they already knew that information, why would they ask for it at sign-up? Plus the survey provider having my information and the person responsible for conducting the survey having my information are two different things to me.

I do believe that the same offers can show up differently for different folks. It's all about that targeting business. However the thought about the survey having reached its quota is a good explanation of what's going on. Either way, I have not seen this offer on my page.
