I was wondering if anyone else has trouble getting a response from fusion. The last email i sent to them it took 6 months till i got a response back. I sent one about a week ago and have not heard from them. I like the site i just do not understand why they do not respond back to you when you have an issue. Any advise from anyone.

I have a support ticket that has been open for 6 months. And it was suppose to have been moved to the highest priority. Still not heard anything. Read the forums. There are a lot of people who have support tickets that have been open for months. What is your issue. Maybe somebody else can advise on what to do. Nobody else's are being answered either so it is not just you.

I have had times where support responds within a week, but I have also had instances where I get a response and I had forgotten I had even submitted a ticket. I agree that you might want to post about your issue here in the forum and see if other members can help.

I have been with Fusion Cash 10 or 11 years. This problem with support tickets only began about two years ago. Years ago, you would get a response within days. FC has always been a small business but now I think it is a one man show.
It seems to me that some of the energy and enthusiasm is gone.
As another member said, what is your issue and maybe the community can help you.

Well, and the thing is, FC has soooo many more members now, it's harder for them to keep up. Because some submit help tickets for every little thing (IMHO) I have one open too, from a couple months ago, but I know they'll get to it when they get to it. We have no idea what goes on "behind the scenes" with the admin., so I try to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt.

They must be backed up in thousands of support emails, that could be the reason for the delays...

I do not think there is any staff. I think FC is a one man business now.

I think it always was. You can find out online how many employees any company has. Fusion Cash has ONE employee. I had seen that on a PTC review site. If you go on BBB website somewhere on there I was able to see that info.

And you know this how? Why is YOUR ticket more important than some one else's? I honestly don't think people even bother submitting tickets any longer. I have had one open for 6 months. I can see the site closing down. And before I get attacked for that comment - I don't care how long the site has been open. Sites like this that have been in operation for more than 10 years are closing. More and more things are no longer working on the site. Links that are no longer active, things that stopped working 7-8 years ago are still on the site - so the site is never updated.

There was at least one other administrator some years back. I forget his name but it can be found from old posts. Maybe he worked full time. our tickets were answered in a timely fashion plus he interacted with us on the forum.
I think the owner / administrator of FC now has other irons in the fire and does not have the time to properly manage this site.

I went into some old discussions and there was one time another administrator who went by the name of Kohler. He was very active with us on the site and frequently posted discussions or responded to discussions. This was also the time period when support tickets were answered within a reasonable time span.

I don't know. The site has gone down hill since I joined. The "offers" are the same ones that were on here in 2012 when I joined. That is why new people can make so much more money. The ones who have been around a while have already completed all the offers they are interested in. And some they aren't but completed to get the incentive.
I always thought there were several people involved in this site. Esp when support tickets were answered with "we" and "us". Someone mentioned on here there was one employee. I looked it up and found the same thing. I remember when I first joined tickets were answered in 48 hours.
If I were no longer interested in doing the site I would either sell it or just shut it down. I am sure the owner is making money or he would not continue to do it. And looking at the "number of supposed members" is not accurate as there are people with multiple accounts. And there are "members" who are still showing as members who have not done anything on the site in years.

Their to be some life to this site because I get emails with advertisements for fusioncash all thee time. They def advertising this site. Sure its gone down in some things but its also stayed the same in key areas. Every site goes through changes. Funny thing is though i keep seeing people talk about support tickets not being answered. T hat has never happen to me since day one of joining this site. Always reasonable amount of time for a response
