We won 8 food items on the holiday sweeps they had, plus a bunch of free Redbox videos. I entered all the info but didn't know how to redeem the free food so sent an email to BK. No answer, sent 2 more because the sweeps ended 12/31/2019 and you had to redeem the food by 1/15. Well, on 1/22, I finally got an answer to my question. How's that for customer service? Of course, it was too late to redeem the food items and I couldn't do it anyway because you needed to download the app to your phone. Don't have a smart phone so out of luck. All the effort went to waste. The said we'll get our vouchers for the RedBox items in 6-8 weeks. How muh do you believe that? I don't.
I'm not happy at all with BK. They, and all other businesses, need to remember that a lot of people may not have a smart phone, either because they don't want one or can't afford one.
