Title: Problems accessing PTC and Email

I am getting an error message when I try to do PTC and Daily Email. Message says something about not being able to access. I am able to post and video page looks ok although I have not tried.

Maybe FC is doing maintenance.

UPDATE:  I am able to post and do videos. I have not yet attempted any surveys

I cannot get on the Offers page at all.  I am glad I am not the only one having difficulty.

I get that same error when clicking on the earn cash and fc survey tabs just like yesterday. Therefore, I cannot attempt the PTC, surveys, or any other offer at all, including the videos page. I was also unable to complete the e mail. All I can currently do on the site is post in the forum. Hopefully everything is back up soon.

no page loading for me at all either  just a blank page on firefox, on other browsers i get an HTTP ERROR 500, i hope this gets fixed soon

I have the same error message when I try to access Fusion Cash from my daily email.
The only way I lucked out on being able to get into FC was through the email I received telling me my Forum Bonus request had been received.

I can only access the Forum.  All other links take me to the error page.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, I thought my internet connection was messing up. Hopefully it will be fied before the days out otherwise we will lose todays credit for them.

Videos are working and crediting but I get the error page when I try to access surveys.

Every year, new contracts have to be signed between FC and clients. Perhaps the contracts expired before that happened.

bostonphil, thanks for the tip on the bookmarks. I actually checked my history, and although I received the same error when trying to reach the videos page and PTC, I did manage to reach Tap Research. I attempted a survey, and I did receive an .08 reward. I checked my account and it credited correctly. At least I made something today, and it might be a way to continue earning if the site continues to have issues.

getting a balank page on the daily email in Opera browser. Put the link in firefox and says daily email expired for feb 2nd when it is still feb 2nd. Keeps expiring. Admins needs to check this.

I'm glad it not just me.  Hope they get it fixed soon.  Still getting the error message came in threw  the forum bonus email I got.

This main site is Still Down!


After the third day, (which is today) I have lost .45 on PPTC and .15 on the qualifier for PTC along with .06 on the emails!  Anyone else thinking this way?   .66 cents!  How can I make this up?   :sad1:

Today I got to the video page and printed coupons .02, I am waiting to see if they credit !  ;)

oh gosh im glad im not the only one..mine has been like this for the past few days,,started running all kinds of makware and checkking stuff..fusion is the only one i cant get to come up..the email and login will not work ..forum here is the only way..what is going on...

sometimes I have to do the PTC a few times before it works, I noticed if I clear my history it helps

Today it works up to step 3. It says to click the green box to redeem 15 cents but does nothing. It will not complete to get the 15 cents. I will keep trying later to see if they fix it.

I clicked it several times but would not do anything. I then posted here the problem. I went back to try one more time before closing and try later but it finally completed.

Yes, this happened to me as well but I figured out why. It wanted permission to access to my location. When I checked my site settings and checked Location, both the PTC and daily email worked. This is new since I've never allowed location before. But whatever works, at least these days.

I opened  a ticket for this today,  just started yestrday, but the PTC, Forum and the "earn" tab offers still work.

Still can't access the survey page!!  Been almost a week!  But, I'm getting email survey invites that are crediting, so....
