Title: Weight Loss - a simple change that made a difference for you.

So, I have been trying to make small changes in my life to help me lose weight and tone up.  My change was to do 50 crunches every night.  I have noticed a difference in my waistline.

Any other simple changes out there that others may benefit from?

im tryin 2 do the same thing i have an ab lounge so i hope that helps
