Title: When was the last time you moved?

Today I helped my brother pack up some things because he has to move the end of the month.  He's been packing for the last year.  He has so much stuff, a four bedroom house and over 25 years worth of stuff.  Just made me realize I refuse to accumulate so much stuff.  My house is much smaller than his and I'm going to start getting rid of stuff and not buying any unnecessary stuff.  I plan on moving myself within the next few years and I just can't see accumulating stuff any more.  I'm going to become a minimalist.

Lol! You should check out that post with the hoarding issue. You'd change your mind & claim to be an actual minimalist. I'm a hoarder & it'll prob. take several billions of years to finish packing up my junk. So, don't be so hard on your bro about stuff!

I started getting rid of stuff 3 years ago and still working on it.  I have lived in my house 45 years.  Every year I go back and let something esle go.

The last time I moved was about 10 years ago from Boca Raton back down to Miami.

A little over two years ago when we moved into our current house. The house we bought was actually in the neighborhood that we had currently lived in so that made the move pretty easy.

We moved about 15 years ago, and I’m thinking this will be our last move.

Come to think of it, wow, it's been something like 20 years. And I'm not looking forward to the next move!

The last time I moved was over 10yrs ago. I moved from Idaho to Washington. I wouldn't mind moving again if possible. I'm tired of where I'm living now

i moved into my current home 28 years. i am planning on moving in another couple of years. i have already started getting rid of things. i will probably take me the 2 years to ready to move! :rainbow: :peace: :wave:

I like your idea about becoming a minimalist. I doubt I use even 5 percent of all the stuff I have in our house. We haven't moved ever since we first got married 24 years ago, so you can imagine how much stuff I would have to get rid of if we moved, LOL!  :peace: :heart:

   Here is my schedule: October 1rst thru April 30th- Winter monthly lowest rates.
   Summer, I live outdoors-weather permitting.
