Hi everyone first time posting here and I was wondering how long it takes to get a reply from a support ticket? Since I send it two days ago, but unfortunately I’m still waiting.

My experience has been from about 5 days to about a month.  However, I also haven't submitted a help request lately.  It has probably been 9 or 10 months since I have. I try to not bother because I have never had a really satisfactory response for the issues I've raised.

Response from support has become very slow for one reason or another. If you have any questions, it might be best to post on the Forum and see if other members can help you.

I moved recently and opened a support ticket re my moving. I got a response from Support in what I considered to be fast given what I am reading but it was a simple question that could be answered in a couple of words.

However in saying all of this, Fusion Cash is a good site and welcome.

lol  I have one from 7-8 months ago that was even escalated to highest priority and still has no answer.

Oh wow that is crazy. It does seem like a great site, but looks like they need better customer service and thank you for the welcome

I have not sent too many support tickets, but it can take a while. I have had some replied to within a week, and then I have had some where I had even forgotten I had submitted a ticket. However, I have not submitted a ticket recently. I agree with others who say it can be useful to post your question in the forum.

reply time can be hit or miss... I've had some answered in a few days and some in a few weeks

Had one out for over 7 months and final closed it and did it again and still no reply.  Problem has been going on since Sept 2018.

A few months to maybe a year to never.

It is not a growing website.  The site has been around about 10 years or so.  And in the past 8-9 years it has went down hill.  The site has not been updated at all.  There are things that are available to click on that have not worked in years. There are never any new offers. Several parts of the site no longer work.  I would say it is a site on it's way out.

Honestly, I kind of think support tickets are answered not only by the order they come in, which I imagine they probably get many just in 1 day, but also by importance and relevance. I put one in in November, but it wasn't a super important one, and I told them that if they got to it fine, but if not fine too, because there are many more important than mine. We just don't know how many people are on staff at FC, and even though it's not as good as it used to be, it's still an excellent site to earn some extra cash. I'll stick with them to the end, and I really hope that will not be any time soon!!

I agree with BostonPhil: If you have a problem or a question about FC use the forum. You will get a reply much faster that way.

It depends the availability. Sometimes they reply fastly  :) :)
