I have been trying to add my account information to my profile such as my name, gender, and payment method. However, when I click "Save" after entering the information, I receive a message saying "We're sorry, but an internal error prevented your request from going through. Please try again in an hour or two." This has been going on for two days. I have been earning money but I will have no way to redeem it if I can't put in my account information.
I have tried using different browsers on my laptop but it still does not work.
Please help, thank you.

Did u verify your Email with FC?
Also clear your browser and then use Internet Explorer.

I"m having the same problem. Sent in a support ticket. Nothing has worked for me yet.

I see you're using a laptop. I do too, and sometimes I have to go to my browser settings and unclick the "use a proxy" box to get a page to work correctly on FC. (And some other places too) Then I have to quickly go back to finish what I was doing. Just a suggestion. It might work for you too. Make sure you fill out all the info on the page you're working on, then just before hitting enter or save, go do this in your browser settings. My LAN settings are located on the advanced settings at the bottom. Good luck!

Having problems adding account information. I have started over several times and still have not been successful.

I have been trying for over a week and put in 2 support tickets. I haven't gotten any response and it still doesn't work. It's pretty frustrating. I already lost like 30 cents because I couldn't cash out last month. It doesn't sound like much, but it's still frustrating.

I have been trying to input my profile information since the beginning of March and it is now mid-June. I still can't get it put into the Fusioncash site and I have cleared the cache, followed the rules, used the proper device, used different browsers, tried to use the advanced settings for LAN, waited between attempts and still no luck.
This has to be a programming issue on the Fusioncash site that they have to resolve. I am wondering is they updated their software or changed a line of programming or something else that resulted in the inputting of profile information to glitch. Programming can be fussy (which is not a surprise) but if this fixed, it would help Fusioncash out tremendously (I bet a lot of help tickets would be resolved).
I would be happy to be able to use the site like all of the other people on here do.
Anyone know programming well enough to help out?

I have no idea what to tell you all that are having problems with this, other than set up Paypal or a bank account if you possibly can so that you can get your earnings for the time being. And try to wait patiently for an answer to your help ticket. I haven't had to change anything for a long time, so there's just no way I can see what you're experiencing. I'm sorry you're having these issues though :(

I did set up a bank account. I am still waiting for my payment though. I'm a little nervous because I thought we got paid on the 20th. I hope it is just late in posting because of the weekend. :-\

OK that's good, I'm sure it's just because it was on the weekend. As long as your bank account info matches what little FC keeps on file, I'm positive you will be fine!

Yes, it finally was posted on Monday, the 22nd. Yay!! First cash out of $93 :)

For those of you who were a new member to Fusioncash in 2020 and have been able to add your profile information and/or cashout, how were you able to complete the profile information?
Any suggestions? What kind of device were you using? I need pointers as I don't know what I am doing wrong when entering my account information.
