hensleyll: You have to update us on how everything is?! After reading your post, I am very concerned for both you and your husband. I hope everything turns out for the best. I, too, would be very worried about going to the hospital at this time with the prevalence of Covid. I have thought about something happening and having to be transported there. Usually it is a comfort to know the hospital is there in a health emergency, but not so much now.
-
I will pray for you both - I hope that is alright with you. Peace and comfort for you and that he will be well soon and back home. Take care and hang in there.

The worst part about this situation is that you won't even be able to visit him while he's in the hospital. I personally think that is the greatest travesty I've ever heard of in my life.
Worry doesn't help so try not to do that. Try prayer instead. If you're a believer, it will comfort you somewhat. :angel11:

Prayers for you both, I have COPD also and have been very nervous during this whole Covid 19 thing. I had a infection in early March. So many people don't understand how scary this is for us.
-
I hope and pray everything works out for your husband because this is not the best time to go to the hospital.

And it is a little difficult to get any time to do anything in the morning it's teaching with the second-grader then the two pre-k students to move on to the 5th grader following the 9th grader in the evening generally bath and falling in bed thereafter somehow squeezing feeding everyone in between as well as cleaning up after everyone. All the kids are feeling better two more weeks of school.our pool is set up hopefully soon we can have some semblance of normal.

So glad your husband is home and on the mend. I will be sure to pray for all of your family for health etc.

I hope everything is okay with your husband, my Mom also suffers from COPD so I somewhat understand your concern.

-
Thanks for the update and glad he is on the mend. Please take care.
-
So happy he is on the mend. Sorry about your bug bite. Be well both of you.
-
I too hope your hubby is OK. It is doubly scary that he is in the hospital, not only because the COVID virus is around, but also because he has COPD which puts him at higher risk. But at least he is in competent hands that should know how to help him best.
-
I hope all gets better for you and your husband. A bad time to get sick for anyone.
-

Here it is 2021 been awhile really busy with now five kids in school here we are all healthy and still kicking thru the months a few scares with covid tests and hospitalizations usually just for COPD flare-up or back strain we are all living kids finally getting to go to school one week on one week off this first week we will see how it's going. My parents are well dad survived his heart problems still has dementia but surviving. My husband just absolutely refuses to leave the house at all so his kids, grandkids, and friends come here to see him we are in a small community and everyone seems to be following precautions only known of two or three people we know affected by covid and its usually because they traveled toNC or SC and never made it back here
-
Thank you for updating your post. Hugs. :rose:
-
Thanks always nice to have hugs. Trying to get things back in order for at least every other week when kids are in school.

So happy things are better for you. I also have COPD so I know how scary that can be for your husband. I know you really have your hands full with all your responsibilities. Hoping this year is so much better for you, hugs to you.
-
I'm sorry to hear this, hope he gets better.
-
I hope that things will be okay and he will be home soon. This is a scary time that we live in now because of this virus. Prayers are being sent your way.
-
I read something interesting earlier.
The governor of N Dakota said there is NO mandate on masks.
N Dakota has the 2nd highest % of virus cases per 100000.
That in itself will tell you how political it is.
-
I not sure it is safe to go anywhere without a mask yet I'm still terrified
-
Wishing you and your family all the best and a speedy recovery...
-
Thank you wishing happiness and health on everyonedsc
-
No mask, I will go nowhere..
-
Kids in third grade and fifth grade are in school full time just waiting on the little ones to go back much more peaceful here so I can BREATHE and maybe get some work done now. We are all pretty healthy no more covid scares yet[knock on wood].
-
Hope your husband will get well soon. Prayers to you, your husband and family.
