It's just the beginning of the month and already I have had 40 cents deducted from my balance. What is going on and why does FC continue to allow the advertisers to do this? They get the answers they are looking for then tell FC they didn't like how I answered the questions. This BLOWS.

It has only happened to me once that I can remember. It was one survey.
It is frustrating that a company/advertiser can award you for taking their survey and then later, weeks?, revoke the award.

Very rare. And they don't really "allow" them to do it. You clearly are told when you start the survey that your answers can be rejected. If you rush through the survey, or take too long to do the survey, or give inconsistent answers they can no pay you. Most of them give a very "talk down you you" descriptive and then actually says "do you understand this" and you have to tick YES to continue.
I think a lot of times they do NOT get the answers they want and that is why you are rejected. It is a chance you take when you do surveys. If you send a support ticket FC will tell you "if they don't pay us we can't pay you" or that was the reply I got a few years ago when I inquired about money deducted from my account. The first time it happened I had no idea why.
I will say this - THIS is the ONLY site that this happens on. NO OTHER site I have ever done surveys on comes back later and takes the money back if they don't like your answers. But only using the answers you like is the only way to get the results you want to tout. So there ya go. :(

I am so sorry to hear that, I have had a survey or two revoked too. You know that you gave your best answers, but the Advertiser does not think so. I know it is frustrating, but I just move on and be sure to dot all of my I's and cross all of my T's.

I have also had money deducted from my account weeks after taking a survey, but this does not happen very often. Usually, what happens is that I finish a whole survey and then get disqualified at the end. This latter happens a lot more frequently and is even more irritating than losing a few cents after a survey has been credited.

I have been having more and more difficulties with Fusion lately. I have been a member for about 6 years now and on other sites for about the same. This is the only site where i am having these issues, and I have to admit, I am becoming fed up. I have had numerous error reports when trying to access surveys. Whole weekends have been nullified in this way and now again this morning (6/3). Over the last 2 weeks I have had 2 survey monies deleted from my account and that has always been fairly rare. Either this changes soon or I am going to possibly leave Fusion. It is too bad when maybe some maintenance or someone who knows what they are doing in administering this site could make a difference.

Not very often but it's funny you made a thread like this because just a couple days ago I lost $1.30 and it took a bit longer to redeem my balance. This isn't the only survey site where this has happened to me. I was on another site where it happened so frequently (or frequently enough by their standards) that my membership was canceled. Another site made it so I couldn't receive any more surveys but I was still a member.

I've had this happen to me as well, thank goodness it's only happened once. It's very frustrating and disheartening. Hopefully, it won't happen to you again.

honestly lost quite a bit to inactivity. I don't let that happen any more.

Well, I guess not qualifying for most of the surveys is a blessing in disguise then, because I would not be happy with having survey money deducted from my balance. Even if a survey pays peanuts, I try to be very thorough in how I answer the questions on a survey. So it would probably make me very mad if even 40 cents was deducted because a survey company complained that they didn't like my answers and I had money taken out of my account. I guess I'd just live with it, though. :peace: :heart:

I have never had any deducted and that's a good thing.

For me, they have deducted money credits each month. I don't know what is going on but hope FC will one day stop this. When I spend a lot of time doing a survey, I expect to be paid by the advertisers. One month FC deducted $6, and that is not fair.

Yeah, it's happened to me too. It doesn't happen very often though. The thing is I can't even remember the survey because it has been weeks by then and many, many surveys ago.

It doesn't happen too often but it has happened once in a while, that is why I always try to get to about $35 before I cashed out that way if they take something off at least I have enough to get pay.

I've never had it happen to me before, which I am very happy about. Every time I go to cash out I get a little nervous that some survey might take back the earnings and hurt my cash amount, but nothing so far!
