Last night I noticed a "Fun Panel" survey for $.80 with a short time frame. I figured the high reward was an incentive to join the panel. I clicked on the info and read all the fine print. I don't normally join a random survey company like that, but the information looked legit and the requirements for being a member appeared to be reasonable, so I decided to join. I was immediately rewarded in my FC account with the $.80. When I proceeded to complete the registration form for the panel, I was soon told that I didn't qualify to be a member. My question is this. Does anyone here think I should expect to keep the $.80, when I didn't actually become a member of the panel?

I did that survey a few days ago and I got the .80 for entering my email address. I got the email to confirm and I did confirm ..... but the I declined to sign up because I didn't realize rewards were given as cards.
I do not know if payment will be revoked later on or not.

I think you deserve to keep the 80 cents. It's not your fault you were rejected and you spent the time and followed the steps to register. The 80 cents should be rightfully yours.
-
You followed all the steps correctly and tried to follow through on the registration. If you don't qualify to be a member of the panel, that is not your doing.
Not only do I feel that you are entitled to the 80 cents but I think you should get a raise just for being so thorough. :silly:
I know that's being overly hopeful and unrealistic but what the hay. Sometimes finding the lighter side of things can be very therapeutic.

You will eventually find out if you get to keep the 80 cents. Either it will be revoked or it will not but it could be revoked sometime down the road.

I just had a payment revoked and I'm not sure if it's the Fun Survey I did or not :-\

I think you should keep the .80 too. If the Survey deems necessary, they will revoke your earnings. I would not worry about it either at all.

Actually, now that you mention it, I have had that happen to me awhile back. There was a pretty big reward for an offer; I tried the offer and didn't qualify. My account was still credited.
I did brace myself for a revoked credit which, by the way did occur. Since I did keep the possibility of losing my credit in mind, I made sure that I completed other offers to build up my balance. By the time my cash out rolled around, there was no problem meeting the minimum.

I hope you get to keep it, especially if it cost giving your email address.

I would say you will be able to keep the 80 cents. Unless you lied in the survey and then put in different info when you went to join the new site. I have joined several through another site. Some only last a year or so but you know that going in. Rewards are usually more in line of gift cards for amazon than money in to paypal.

That sounds confusing. You should be qualify for the full reward if you joined the panel and completed all the requirements. I would contact support about this.

I think you should be able to keep it. If not for anything else, you gave them your email address and they excepted you, (even though later said you did not qualify). Either way you'll find out sooner or later, if it does get revoked.

I will definitely have enough money at cash out to cover the $.80 in case it is revoked. It's really cool to have everybody's input about whether or not it will be revoked. That just seems like a huge reward to get from the people putting up the reward money when it didn't work out for them.

It's yours. Keep it. No guilt.
:fish:

You earned it, you were credited and you keep it! That is a nice credit.
-
I agree that you should be able to keep the credit. But....I agree with your decision to keep in mind that it may be revoked and not count on it for your cash out. The few occasions where I have had credit revoked, it usually happens pretty quickly (within a week), but ya never know. I'd hate to cash out with just enough and find out something was revoked.

Are there any updates on this pstovall? I hope you got to keep your earnings.
