Does no one regularly monitor and administrate this site anymore? I have had an issue accessing surveys for almost two months and it has not been permanently addressed. In fact, I'm getting fed up enough that I am thinking of leaving the site after 5 years of using Fusion. Now we have some a** on here posting filthy pictures for several days at least and they are not taken down in an expedient manner and the person or persons blocked. Both issues are unacceptable!

That sucks. I haven't had issues with the surveys, except qualifying. But the *bleep* needs to be taken down and the people posting, block from the site. If we want to look at *bleep*, I think we can find it elsewhere.

I think no one is regularly monitoring the site which can be dangerous. I opened a support ticket about the obscene messages several days ago.No response and the messages are still on site.

I agree with you. I do not think there is any oversight of these forums and that could cause some real problems. It seems like a legit site like FC would want to stay that way, but their actions aren't living up to that. Those offensive posts should have been taken down within hours of their posting IMO.

Most likely you were banned from doing surveys - for breaking some rule. Several people have complained about not being able to access surveys and contacting support and when they finally get an answer they are told they were banned from doing the surveys and that the companies behind the surveys do not give them a reason for the ban. As for threatening to leave the site they do not care. Someone else submitted a support ticket and threatened them with "oh I will just quit your site" and the admin responded with BYE. lol

I don't see how it can be dangerous. You have to be 18 to join this site. You can hit "ignore" and you won't see what the person is posting. I understand most would rather see the post and then complain about it as to just "ignore" it. I only saw one thing and I immediately ignored the user so I did not see what else was posted. I can see they are or were posting but not the content of what they posted.

No, I am not banned. Some days I can access the surveys on my laptop; other days I can't. There is no rhyme nor reason to it. I can access them on my smartphone everyday but I dislike doing them on it. Research has informed me that the type of error I am receiving is on the website's end, nothing that is on the individual or their computer's end. So, I wish Fusion would get themselves together and be responsible and professional!

Do you have an older operating system? That could be your problem. I can access surveys on my laptop, but I can't on my desktop because I don't have the newer Windows10. A lot of sites expect people to be up to date when new upgrades are available and you lose support for those sites...usually you can't access them anymore. This has happened to me plenty of times but I love my old OS and use it mainly for genealogy.

Seems sad that the administrator doesn't seem very interested in the site. I have found that tickets never get answered. At least mine didn't from last march. Especially the disgusting photos.

I'm not ignoring the losers..everyday I go to their posts and report it to the moderators..not sure if it will make a difference but if we all reported the posts over and over every day and flooded them with reports it can't hurt...some "people" just have way too much free time with this pandemic and need to grow up...thanks for listening to my rant lol..have a good day to all the good people here

Do you have an older operating system? That could be your problem. I can access surveys on my laptop, but I can't on my desktop because I don't have the newer Windows10. Thanks for the suggestion but I have updated my operating system and have no issues whatsoever on the other two sites I use. It is purely on Fusion. To me, Fusion seems to have become somebody's "side job," and they either don't have the time nor inclination to pay attention to it as it needs.

It's hard to say what's going on. A few months ago there was a post that simply had to be reported to the moderator because it went against the rules set out by admin. By the next day the post was locked.
As far as support tickets go, I've only sent a few in all the years I've been a member. Every one of them has been answered and handled in a timely way.
I have not sent a support ticket in a long time. Hopefully I won't have to since there are so many members who seem to be left in the dark with regard to the issues being experienced.

Regarding any moderators/administrators for the community forum, it looks like the last time the "Administrator" was on logged on Fusioncash was at the end of December 2019 and the last time "Kohler" (Fusioncash staff) was on the site was at the beginning of January 2020. It has been even longer (several years) that there has been any Administrator activity on their Twitter or Facebook accounts.

Heck I would step in and work for fc to do admin monitoring and questions. It seems to me they need more than one admin or one that checks couple a times a day.

That's great news. I just did a quick scan around the forum and have not seen the recent obscenities. Hopefully we won't be seeing anymore of that junk. There are enough issues to deal with here, we don't need the *bleep*.

I am happy to read that the obscene posted have been taken down and that the help tickets have been answered. I too have received a response from the help ticket I put in and it said they are working on it. That is promising! YAY!!

Oh ok. I know several have posted over the past year the surveys all just disappeared and when they finally get a response from a mod that they were banned and they are given no reason. So it was just a thought.

I noticed that on Twitter. I looked at it just for the heck of it and figured nobody done it any more. The site seems to have went down hill lately.

I had a long survey the other night about different toy brands. When it was completed, I was re-directed to the survey site log-in page rather than going back to FC. I'm not going to bother putting in a ticket with FC because it would be a waste of time. I do put in tickets with Tap sometimes and often get delayed credit.

I have quit bothering to send support tickets myself. Either they were not responded to for some time or the issue was fixed temporarily and in a few days the same problem occurred. I am referring to surveys not being accessible from my laptop. It is exasperating as I can access them from my smartphone. Also, I have absolutely no problems on the other two sites I work on!

If you click on Kohler's name in the FC forum, it will take you to the profile. You can see when the last time Kohler logged on. It shows their profile and stats.
There was no post but Inonly saw that Kohler was active in 2020. Aigist 6th to be exact. (The time is on there too. So, almost exact)

The better question is "WHO is the administrator?" Needless to say, there needs to be some oversight and responsiveness on the part of the individual(s) responsible for managing this website. Otherwise, it turns into an absolute free-for-all.

That question has been answered multiple times. The site owner is easy to find through a google search or look back thru the comments.

I don't think anyone is monitoring this site because I have wrote two support tickets that says I have moved and I can't change my address because I get an internal error. Also I have not received my check where I cashed out in August. The e-mail that you might get that says they have received your ticket is computer generated so no one has actually seen it.

Just because no one responded does not mean no one is monitoring the site. Obviously someone is half way here because if they were not the payments would not have went through. And the people who get paper checks those require a signature and to be physically mailed. Even the PP and DP requires someone to physically take action to make it happen.

Were you ever able to get your surveys back? Mine disappeared about a month ago for no reason. I actually rarely ever did the FC surveys. I just stick with TAP. I sent a ticket but never got a reply.
