Title: Top Coupons Offer Not Available (#20063)

Have tried to clip and print TopCoupons again and again got the :  Offer Not Available (#20063)   I have about .02 toward the PTC, will be a month before I get the .15!!

Just tried it and it worked.

I agree hit or miss!  I tried yesterday and after 20 min it credited.  After months of no access to the survey page I've been given a reprieve and for two days have tried to complete surveys, got two credited and two PTC .15 credits!

Nothing On my so-called Video page credits, including Top Coupons.
